I was very impressed with how the staff worked. The receptionists are very friendly & inviting. I was attended by Dr.Karina Martinez Diaz first & I'm so glad that I did. She was very nice and very professional, she answered all my questions. After being in the excellent care of Dr.Martinez Diaz I was attended by Dr.Ava who was very professional and also answered all of the questions I had as well. I would recommend coming here I had an excellent experience I was in & out in less then an hour. If you arrive to you appointment early/on time there is little to no wait.

Worst place ever.I went here the service from the assistant and the dentist was horrible.I wanted to get a clean instead the did an xray and I was told I couldn't afford the procedure without them even knowing my finances.I was esscorted out the room and was told to wait by the front desk and watch the tv screen which was weird.I was given some paper work and was told I will get a call.I never received a call and its been about 8 months now. I was steryotyped.

The experience was amazing, the staff were more than helpful. And the doctor was more than happy to accommodate my sensitivity levels during the entire procedure , can definitely recommend for anyone.

I had several emergencies.. each time I had to wait 6 to 8 weeks before I can see the dentist. Not happy with that. Definitely something they have to work on in the future seeing a patient

Today I went into dentist because my porcelain crown feel out. The dentist attempted to put it back in and cemented it in backwards. I told him it was in backwards and I felt discomfort. He told he it's not in wrong and I am lying it's not uncomfortable and him to fix the mistake I would have to pay $750.... I asked the front desk for manager, he comes to the front and tells me not to talk with anyone there is no manager on site. I ask receptionist for manager they informed me there was no number. He then proceeded to tell me to go somewhere else and get another opinion. I ask the dentist to refer to my records. He refused. I then requested to have my files in which they refused again to give me my files. Once again leaving this place in tears. No one deserves to be yelled at or treated this way over a mistake on there part. Now I leaving here in discomfort to find someone to fix his error.... horrible I'm updating my review to ZERO.. So the manager calls me back and tries to make an excuse for this Dentist behavior. No one deserves to be treated with disrespect and called a liar. I'm in discomfort and now in urgi-care due to there actions. The crown is cemented on backwards & is bothering my gums. This is horrible. I pray no one else has to experience this.

I'm so thankful I found Kane Dental. It's so hard finding a dentist office that takes adults and children. The front desk staff is amazing. The dentist are caring, gentle and very informative. Any questions I have asked were answered.

I had a horrible experience here. I went to finish root canal work & it had been years overdue because of the pandemic etc so by now one tooth was broken. Dr. Nashed said he would try to fix it etc. I went on a Tuesday & told him I felt a bump in the gum outside the broken tooth & to check for an abscess he said no nothing is there. By Thursday (2 days later) I felt a pop in my mouth & tasted blood / pus & when I checked in the mirror it was in fact a burst abscess. I rushed to this office & in the hallway he takes one look at it and says yea it's an abscess there's nothing I can do tooth has to come out. He says this in the hallway in front of the front desk. Doesn't even sit me down. No home care instructions were given to me. And I had to ASK to be prescribed antibiotics because I was not offered he just told me there's nothing he can do and walked away. I'm very disappointed by all of this I work in the medical field as a registered nurse and the disregard for me as a patient still astounds me to this day. The front desk girls are kind and tried to help but I will never step foot back in this office again. Be weary.

This review is strictly for Dr. Nashed. The manager and dental hygienist are the best but the doctor is awful!!! I had an appointment last month and told him I was having pain. He looked at the X-ray and says no cavities. Didn't examine me or check out the pain I was having. He told me he would see me after my cleaning, as he exited the office. He lied and never examined me. I'm sure my insurance got billed for it. A few weeks later, still in pain, I call the office but they are closed on the weekends and no emergency number to help! I had to go to an emergency dentist, who didn't take my insurance. I get X-ray done and I have cavities and need a root canal. He said how come you don't go to the dentist and I explained that I go every 6 months and in fact went a couple weeks ago and my dentist said I had no cavities... I am not left paying a large bill out of pocket. If Dr. Nashed would have done his job, I wouldn't have been in this predicament. He should be held responsible for this and I will make sure if it. Stay away from him!
