Dr. Jeffrey was born and raised in Miami, Florida. Growing up in a dental family, Dr. Jeffrey pursued his dream of becoming a dentist like his father and grandfather. Following in their footsteps, Dr. Jeffrey completed his college and dental school education at the prestigious University of Pennsylvania. Practicing in the Miami community for over 30 years, Dr. Jeffreys dental practice focuses on more complex rehabilitation cases and full mouth restorations. Having the multidisciplanary training to surgically place and restore dental implants provides a unique opportunity in the treatment planning and restoration of complex dental implant cases all in one location. He has obtained the highest achievable credential levels of Fellowship, Mastership and Diplomate status in the International Congress of Oral Implantology, the largest dental implant organization in the world. Dr. Jeffrey gives back to his local community by volunteering monthly as a Co-Chairman of the Robert Morgan Educational Center, Department of Dental Implants. Dr. Jeffrey feels extremely fortunate to have been able to practice the profession he loves with his father and brother, Frederick. While Dr. Jeffrey is proud of his accomplishments in his profession, his proudest achievement is being a husband and father to three terrific children. He enjoys spending time with his extended family and friends, playing golf and outdoor sports and exercise.
Dr. Frederick was born and raised in Miami, Florida. After obtaining his college degree at the University of Florida, Dr. Frederick followed the path of his father, grandfather and brother Jeffrey and studied dentistry at the Ivy League University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. Practicing in the Miami community for over 25 years, Dr. Frederick continues his dental education with extensive continuing education classes, ensuring that his patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental care. As a credentialed Fellow and Master of the International Congress of Oral Implantology, Dr. Frederick provides a wide range of dental implant treatments. As an Invisalign provider, he is able to provide high tech no braces orthodontics. Having studied under the renowned Rosenthal group, Dr. Frederick is able to provide a wide range of Porcelain veneers and other cosmetic dentistry options. Dr. Frederick or Freddy as his friends call him is married and has a beautiful little girl. His favorite time out of the office is spending time with his wife and daughter and the rest of his extended family. Freddy loves to go boating and spend time outside. He also practices Bikram Yoga.
Dr. Alex Gruenberg earned his doctorate at the international renown New York University College of dentistry. He uses a patient-centric approach to dentistry, where he treats the person and not just their mouth. Dr. Gruenberg believes that building rapport through interpersonal relationships is key to achieving painless and successful treatment outcomes.Dr. Gruenbergs focus is in cosmetic dentistry, where he mastered the art of porcelain veneers, crowns, bridges, and dentures. He believes that the patient should be able to walk out of the clinic with an improved smile from day one. Dr. Gruenberg achieves this by using some of the most technologically advanced materials and techniques, such as:
Dental implants are a permanent and appealing solution to replace missing or extracted teeth. They are better than other alternatives like bridges because no additional teeth need to be altered to place the new tooth.
The entire implant process is performed over the course of a few months. The first part of the process is to install the implant itself, where a screw is placed into the jaw bone. An incision is made in the gum so that the implant can be inserted. Multiple implants can be placed at once if necessary. After the implants are placed the gums are sutured.
The implant must be allowed about 3-6 months to heal, and during this time the jaw bone will form around the implant in a process called osseointegration. During this healing time you can have temporary crowns installed so that you can eat and speak normally and maintain a proper aesthetic appearance for your smile.
Dental implants can be a smart choice for adults of all ages, whether you were born without a tooth or have had to have teeth removed due to injury, infection or decay. They can also be an option for adolescents, once facial growth and development has been completed. Generally, this occurs around age 16 for girls and age 18 for boys.
After the implant has healed it is time to place an abutment on the implant. The abutment serves as the base for your new tooth. One this is placed an impression of the abutment is taken and is used to create your permanent restoration. Some offices have an onsite lab to create the crown, but others will have to send it to an outside lab. Once the restoration is completed you can return to the office to attach the restoration permanently. Your smile will look just like it used to, and after a short period of getting used to the implant it will feel just like one of your own teeth.

Professional, thorough, caring and kind. We recently moved to Aventura, FL and have been very blessed to meet this all star team of dentistry located conveniently central to Aventura. Both of the Kane brothers as well as their long-time Dental Assistant and Front Desk manager, Sandra have gone above and beyond for my family. At 74, we decided it was time for my mom to have the smile she deserves after years of neglect from the many challenges she has had supporting my father and his health. The Kane doctors have welcomed us and now have my mom on track to restoring her teeth and bringing back a wonderful smile. My mom actually looks forward to going to the dentist now and I do too! Scheduling is easy and fast with Sandra and the entire team makes each visit feel personal and relaxing. I definitely recommend this practice because they treat not only the case and problem, but offer options for treatment and are thorough in doing the right thing!

Simply The Best! I've had dental work all over the world and nowhere have I received better treatment than in Aventura under the care of Dr. Gruenberg. From an emergency extraction to crowns and bridges my comfort was a continuous concern with the doctor and his assistant. He's obviously well versed in the latest techniques and has a keen eye for details. His assistant was experienced and down to earth real! She and the doctor are a perfect pair. From the time I was welcomed at the front desk to the time I said goodbye the individuals I met were honest professionals. I honestly feel that they are the best team I've ever worked with.

I always have a wonderful experience at Kane dental. Today I had my front tooth bonded as I had chipped the inside corner. It was done efficiently and did not take long. Dr. Freddy Kane Is not only extremely talented and well educated in dentistry, he is also charming and makes everyone feel comfortable and important. His assistant and front desk are both sweet with top customer service skills. The results of today's visit??? Beautiful!!

After going to Dr. Gruenberg multiple times for different dental issues such as getting a root canal and refilling cavities, I decided I had to write a review. I AM SO HAPPY TO HAVE FOUND HIM. I have been to many dentists, but none have been like him. He is an incredible, talented, knowledgable, and caring dentist! Not to mention that he is always educating himself on new techniques to provide top of the line care. If you're looking for a dentist who is EXCELLENT at what he does and actually cares about his patients, look no further. Thank you so much Dr. Gruenberg!!! You are one of a kind. Kane Dental is truly exceptional! Leyla is the most gentle, thorough, and skilled hygienist. Dr. Freddy is the most kind, reasonable, and knowledgeable dentist. Together, they make a positive experience unlike any other, every time. In addition, one of their most unique and remarkable traits that won me over during my first visit more than 10 years ago was their reasonable approach. Other dentists I have gone to before I found Kane Dental wanted to do all sorts of unnecessary things; take impressions, drill and fill every little questionable dark spot, sell their whitening systems, take X-rays every 6 months, etc. Kane Dental does not try to upset you on anything! They have clear confidence and experience that can only come from working in dentistry for decades, and respect what you as the patient do and do not want. I have trusted them for over 10 years, and will continue to do so indefinitely into the future.

Me and my husband have been patients for more than 40 years, that included our children as well when they lived at home. Appointments have never been a problem; i am especially appreciative it is that way with our emergency appointments through the years. The Kane brothers and their father always responded with kindness and pleasantness and most especially with timely (right now in many cases) solutions. Our experience with all office personnel has contributed to our longevity. The best!
