Overcharged for things that were covered by insurance. Never have I had a copay for a routine cleaning. The dentist Poked my gums extremely hard and infected my gum. She also kept trying to push the braces agenda on me after I said that I couldn't afford it at the moment. The facility is clean and staff is nice, but I wouldn't go back, ever. I don't even want them to exam the infection they caused. In response to your response: There is no discrepancy. I went for a cleaning and left with an infection. I understand why braces were recommended, but after I said I couldn't afford it now, the doctor told me it would make me look better and not in her words, but basically "up to par" with my wife. Again, the staff is friendly, but the fact that I left with an infection, and the poking of my gums was not only painful and uncomfortable, but it was something that I never experienced nor was it something that was explained until I asked, it left a "bad taste" in my mouth. Literally. As a new patient, it took almost 30 minutes after my appointment time to be seen, even though I had filled out my paper work withing 5 minutes of arrival, and I had arrived 5 minutes earlier than my appointment time.

What an exceptional pleasant experience my son and my self have had recently at Kandor Dental. The office is modern, beautiful, clean and full of the latest and greatest modern equipment to preform all of their procedures. Scheduling was quick and the staff is superb in each field of expertise. There was a sense of JOY throughout the whole office as they all sang to the beautiful music. Every procedure was done professionally, quickly, and without pain.

I live in Altamonte Springs, & yes I drive over 30 minutes to Kandor Dental in Oviedo. Best decision I've ever made when it comes to my teeth. The office is amazing, the whole staff is super nice. Dr. Cruz is the best at what she does & I love how she explains everything before hand & while she working on you. But her office manager Ioana really rocks. She goes beyond the call of duty, if it wasn't for her I wouldn't be able to get the extensive work done on my teeth that desperately needed to be done. Thank you Ioana you are a diamond in the rough.

I had a phenomenal experience at Kandor dental. I'm someone who has struggled in the past with finding a high-quality dental service provider, and Kandor has far exceeded my expectations in regards to level of service and care. Dr. Cruz Andujar and her entire team, from hygienists to administration, all provided some of the highest quality care that I've ever received. Based on my own personal experience, I would highly recommend this business. Thank you to everyone at Kandor!

I had never had such an intensive and well-explanatory oral exam as I had today. I recognized I was at fault for a few years because of Covid and some work had to be done. First visit, first treatment, no pain, and back for the rest. Thank you Dr. Cruz and staff.

My husband and I are both very pleased with Kandor Dental! Dr. Cruz and her entire staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! The office is very clean with updated equipment! Dr Cruz recently placed a crown for me. She did a fantastic job and it fits perfectly! Plus, I actually got to see the crown being made and she placed it for me the same day! Hated the way they manhandled my daughter for her first appt. I had my first appt with them after. They took 10,000 X-rays, ok fine. Told me I needed a "deep cleaning" and charged me extra. I wasn't happy leaving. So, 6 months later, I go to a new dentist. Requesting documents to be sent to new dentist 2 weeks in advance. Called, "oh we sent them". (No they didn't). Week before, "we'll send them right now..." (nope again). Day of my new appt, "we will send them again".. (you guessed it.. nope). I'm sitting in the chair for the new dentist. Their office called... "oh. I'm too busy right now. I'll do it when I get to it". Excuse Me? Terrible customer service. Finally got it after 2 months to the new dentist. Highly NOT recommended.

I was terrified of the dentist before visiting Dr. Ramirez at Kandor Dental. The entire staff is very charming and knowledgeable of every aspect of dentistry.
