Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Charges are payable at the time of treatment. If unanticipated treatment is rendered, it is the responsibility of the patient or their guardian to make all necessary payments in full within 30 days.

Dr. Kaludy is proud to have offered quality dental care to the residents of Tallmadge and the surrounding communities since 1972. Dr. Kaludy earned his dental degree from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, after attending the University of Akron. Dr. Michael Kaludy is a member of the American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association, andtheAkron Dental Society.

Dr. Kaludy is committed to lifelong training as the way to offer you the best dental care possible. He has taken extensive continuing education courses in subjects such as implant, laser, cosmetic and prosthetic dentistry.

'As of 2020, retirement is not on the horizon. I still very much enjoy doing what I do. I enjoy the interaction with patients and friends, the challenge of keeping up with the latest in techniques and products, and most of all, working with a great group of people. Fortunately, I 'm still fit and healthy and feel I can continue working for quite awhile, albeit 3 days a week.'

When not in the office, you might find Dr. Kaludy enjoying one of his favorite outdoor activities such as walking his dog, Sadie, flying his drones, photography or target shooting. His wife, Elaine, is the office manager. They have been married for54 years and have two sons, David and Mark and an eleven year old granddaughter, Allie. Elaine loves to read in her spare time and is an avid bird watcher. She shares his passion for travel and the out of doors.

Cheri joined us bringing much business experience to our practice, in 1992. She attended Kent State University, majoring in business management. In her spare time, Cheri loves to read and study, take walks, bicycle. She and husband Jim love their trips to visit son, Joe, daughter in law, Jordy and grandkitten, Lola :)

Jaime has worked for Dr. Kaludy since 1997. She is a 2001 graduate of Case Western Reserve School of Dentistry expanded functions dental assisting program. She is also aninstructor at Stark State College of Technology in the Dental Assisting and EFDA programs. She and her husband, Johnny, have 1 son, Logan. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Amy has been a dental hygienist in Dr. Kaludy's office for 19 years. She graduated from Youngstown State University in 1999 and joined our practice right away. Shehas3 children, Camden, Sydney and Harper. In her spare time, she loves spending time with family and cheering on her beloved Ohio State Buckeyes.

Amy joined our practice as a dental hygienist in 2016 after graduating from Stark State College in 2015. She has one adorable daughter, Kaylee, and a fur baby, Chevy. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and shopping.

Nicole joined our practice as a dental assistant in 2017. She brought with her numerous years of chairside dental experience. She and her husband, Paul, have 2 little ones, Madalyn and Maverick. In her spare time, she loves spending time with family and working on her newly built home.

Jennifer joined our practice as a dental hygienist in 2016. She graduated from Youngstown State University in 1999 and has practiced dental hygiene for 19 years. Jen and her husband, Brad, have two teenage boys, Niko and Sam.
