Kakos was fine although in our case she lacked the interest in keeping our long standing relationship intact. She simply did not want to talk with my wife about another billing issue and the problem she is having with staff to make the correction. Office staff once in a while makes insurance billing code mistakes when submitting our claims to insurance. This would end up costing us more money had my wife NOT been into verifying the bill. Verifying the bill requires many phone calls to ins. co. and Kakos office. We would receive push back when asking staff to correct verified coding error. One office staff in particular disrespectful to my wife when discussing billing errors. ALWAYS VERIFY YOUR OUT OF POCKET IS CORRECT.

Dr Kakos is great and Dawn the Dental Hygienist taught me things I wish I've known for the last 30+ years! Looking forward to bringing the rest of my family here in the future. A bit of a drive for us but totally worth it!

First experience was a bit rocky but the doc was well liked by the family. Friendly place and great service. Just one suggestion, please don't charge a no show fee if your patients cannot make an appointment or at least make an exception if they call you and let you know.

Dr.Kakos has got all fake sponsored reviews. Can you imagine everyone giving 5 stars? This explains all. During a cleaning appointment she tried to fix my wife's molar tooth which was really not needed. My wife had no issues on that tooth and now she is going through a lot of pain due to unprofessional drilling done by Dr.Kakos. Now she is undergoing RCT at another dentist. She is not a well trained dentist and has somehow managed to get sponsored reviews. We had also seen a gift card reward she had for each review. Trust me people, there are a lot better dentists out there in Michigan.

Love everyone at Kakos Dental! From the receptionists to Michelle to Dr. Kakos, everyone is beyond friendly. I always look forward to my visits here and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
