I went for a cleaning, they are family friendly, painless, office & hygienist communicate very. I been with the office about 22 yrs & great service under the 2 dentist during those years. Haven't met the new dentist yet but i will in Near future.

Angela, at the front desk, is always kind and helpful, working schedules around my availability. The office is very clean, even while being remodeled. And the new dentist, Tony, was kind and gentle and encouraging.

I've been going to this office for years and love the entire staff, they truly care about their patients. Dr. Burla is incredibly knowledgeable and personable which makes going to the dentist actually enjoyable. Angela is amazing, she is a huge help coordinating appointments with my hectic schedule and goes above and beyond to ensure I understand my insurance and billing so I'm never surprised with a bill. I highly recommend Catalpa Family Dentistry.

The staff is always friendly and accommodating to my erratic schedule. I travel for work and sometimes don't know until a day or two prior, but the staff has been able to reschedule last minute to help me out. I highly recommend.

An hour before my appt I was told my doctor needs to give a medical clearance for filling a cavity that was found at my cleaning last week. Not told at time of making the appt but 1 hour before appt. I was told I could come in so they could see it. Why, if he isn't going to do anything. Just miss work for no reason although tooth hurts. No time to even call my doc or what he would say. If it were such a serious procedure wouldn't the cleaning needed the same clearance? Can easily find another dentist. Jacquelyn at this office is not someone I'd want to talk to again

They got me in for an emergency appointment without any hassles or set backs. The staff was very friendly. The dentist was honest and gave me all my possible options and set me up with what I needed. They also have a membership for cleaning, xrays, and emergency appointments, that saved me over $300 because I have periodontitis. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

The staff at Catalpa Famiky Dental Center are great. Not only are they professional and competent, they are also friendly, fun, and caring. I've been going so long that I feel like family. I also like the way they work with me and my insurance provider to ensure I get the best and most reasonable care. Highly recommended group!

I wish that Dr Burla had been honest with my wife before he made her a denture. The denture didn't fit right & she wasn't even able to eat while wearing it. She has been wearing a denture for almost 30 years. Our insurance paid for the denture that is unusable, to the point that she didn't even take it with her. I think insurance will pay for another one in 4 years. He told her that he had made many dentures before, although I can't believe that is true.
