Dr. Rahim Abdul has extensive experience and expertise in the practice of Dentistry for over 16 years and he received his Post Graduate General Dentistry training of two years as a resident of General Practice Residency (GPR) program at Northside Medical and Dental Center in Younstown Ohio, which is a major teaching hospital of Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED) and he completed his graduation in Dentistry in 2001.
Since his graduation he has been committed to providing safe and state of the art dental care for his patients while focusing on a gentle and comprehensive approach. Dr. Rahim has been very active in dental health promotion and awareness as a practicing dentist in the communities of West Chester and Mason Ohio.

I brought my daughter in for her first filling. The Dentist was very understanding and assured me in detail it would be ok. He saw she was allergic to an antiseptic and made sure he had the correct documentation for her safety. He even allowed me to sit in the room and hold her hand as he explained each step going along. The staff is super polite and helpful with a calm happy atmosphere. I highly recommend this dental office for all your dental needs.

I switched to this dentist when I moved from the other side of town. I was pleasantly impressed with their service. They spend lots of time with the customer. Don't hesitate.

Doctor is friendly and explains clearly. Went for regular check. He made my family comfortable and explains all the problem in detail. He went above and beyond. I definitely recommend him.

Dr.Rahim and his staff are awesome! They've always been accommodating with my schedule and allow for last minute appointment changes, if necessary. I've been getting dental work done with Kaizen for more than 6 months and it's been a good experience so far. They are very patient and persistent when dealing with dental infections. I had to come back 3 times for a single infection and they always made sure I was comfortable when they were working on it and were persistent in treating the infection.

The doctor is very friendly. He does not push unnecessary expensive treatments. He mentioned as " It is up to you." They gave us the price before the treatment. It is very easy to negotiate with the doctor. Also, the receptionist is good. She accommodates your schedule easily. Their prices are very affordable and cheap. It looks like that the doctor help us save money.

I am honestly confused with why this dental practice has 4.9 stars because the reality is quite far from it. I had a tooth filling done here which was first of all, not done properly as I was unable to properly close my jaw. Secondly, it was shaped with FLOSS (not kidding). As soon as I realized that my filling was shaped with floss I had to go look elsewhere for a second consultation. My new dentist had noted that Dr. Abdul Rahim had not only shaved off too much of my tooth but did not properly shave or polish my filling. So please be careful when seeing these reviews because the dental work here is a bit shady.

Terrible experience! I went for a few appointments and every time I had to wait 45 minutes (in idle) since the office is so understaffed. The dentist himself has terrible bedside manners and does not communicate with you regarding what he's doing. Also, when I got my teeth cleaning the dental hygienist would get my saliva all over me and it was absolutely heinous. Please do not use these google reviews as reference for the service you may receive because it's quite misleading. I would recommend looking elsewhere but definitely not here.

I have visited Kaizen Dental after my PCP referred for my Teeth Abscess. I was in dead pain but Kaizen Dental was able to immediately accommodate me and treaded very nicely. Overall I am very happy with the doctor, office and all staff members. I strongly recommend Kaizen Dental.

Very personable staff. They are professional and cleanly. I had a great results. Had a root canal on a molar and crown. Dr.Rahim made me comfortable and explained about the process of the treament. Definetly recommended..

Tried out this place based on the Google reviews and since it was near where I live and turns out it was not a smart decision to say the least. Incredibly long waiting times and there is a front desk lady at the front who kept her head down for the three times I came in and completely ignored me. I've never experienced this type of service and the dentist himself is not genuine. One major drawback of this office is that they do not outline pricing after your consultation and everything is wishy washy. The communication is very much a challenge and quite difficult. I had a disappointing experience here especially when I noticed that my teeth cleaning was very much skimped on as it lacked regular components of a regular tooth exam. Also the consultation itself was really uncomfortable. Also, the office is very outdated and bare minimum and there is an evident lack of cleaning. We are in a pandemic right now and none of the chairs or rooms are cleaned after new patients (a horrifying observation I made.) please take your business elsewhere before you waste your money here!

I have been to this clinic twice since last year and my level of satisfaction from the staff and the doctor is of no comparison to other clinics. They treat you with great passion and will make sure that when you leave the clinic you are happy with your treatment

I went there for multiple extraction and cleaning and there is a plan for some implants in future which I am really looking forward to. One thing I wanna mention is the cost for the treatment is really affordable and quality is unmatched

Kaizen Family Dental is hands down the best experience I've ever had at the dentist. All the staff, and Dr Rahim Abdul in particular, are extremely caring and have made my long road back to dental health an unbelievably pleasant experience. We had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Rahim and his staff. My daughter was very anxious about the appointment and any procedure, but Dr. Rahim was very patient with her and spend a lot of time trying to calm her down, the staff was very helpful and kind and always available to help. Dr. Rahim is very professional, he takes the time to explain what needs to be done and provides valuable advice, It's not easy to find a good dentist for your kids, I highly recommend Dr. Rahim and his staff for kids and adults.

This is the most comfortable dental office I have ever been to. Dr Rahim Abdul is a fantastic Professional and a very friendly person. I was always scared of visiting a dentist. But Dr Rahim always make sure that I am comfortable enough on the dental chair before and during the treatment. Even after the treatment, he will make sure that all my concerns are answered before I come out of their office. Thanks to Dr. Rahim I am no more scared to visit a dentist and get my teeth treated. Can't recommend them enough.
