Honestly I dont think there's anything that could of been done better. They wanted to know how I was doing the intire time, they made sure I was comfortable at all times. They even had a quick conversation about life I. General. It was an all in all good experience like every single time i see them.

Jesse explained the procedure due and where it would start, then would pause rinse and flush my mouth as we went along. Then he asked if I would like a polish, and fluoride. The procedure went without any issues. In fact, it was the best cleaning I have had.

MAJOR malfunction with the "high speed" drill/sander, end kept popping off, took the gals forever to figure it out rather than just move me to another room, made me late for another appointment. Didn't really hit it off with Dr. Hahn(?) I prefer my previous dentist Dr. Peters but no one told me he transferred to Keizer Station -- which is the city I live in now! Also, the bubblegum fluoride made my mouth tingle and burn... WTH? Overall a disappointing visit.

Our experiences when we go are great. But it is impossible to schedule a cleaning appointment. The only option I am given is wait list appointments which are hard to plan for. I know everyone is struggling with staff, but it is hard to carry insurance for a place that can never get us in.

All of the staff, all the way from the reception, xray, hygenist and dentist, were very sweet and professional. I would highly recommend them to others.

Dr. Peter genuinely loves his job, & everyone was friendly specially his assistant, the clinic was so clean, KP is a dental clinic that you can put your 100% trust, professional people. Love their service - Mary Taylor

It is completely impossible to prescribe an apoetment, I tried to do it several times: in the first case they promised to send a message, in the second and third they simply ignored it. Maybe it's just that I'm not so lucky?

So for the most part my experiences have been positive, but Kaiser fails one key test that is a deal-breaker for me. They are unwilling to schedule a patient's next appointment at the end of an appointment. This has always been the standard at other dental providers. I have been forced to assume that Kaiser is hoping patients do not return on a timely basis for regular preventative care. I guess it makes sense - they do not earn any additional revenue for making sure patients receive regular cleanings and check ups. But they do receive additional revenue - and potentially a lot of it - if more serious problems develop from a lack of timely preventative care. For a business model that discourages patients from getting regular preventative care, Kaiser gets an F.

I have a full mouth of dental implants, and was there to have them cleaned. I had past cleanings at this office, with no problems. This time the hygentist asked why I was there. Saying there was nothing she could do for me. She then asked if clear choice were even real dentist. I took my bib off and left. I will not go back. There was a few other comments made.

Very nice staff. Note: Kaiser changed your coverage without notice. Now only covers 50 percent instead of 70 percent. Increased cost of services and covers less. They really went after seniors.
