Dr. "E" and her assistant were excellent. The appointment went very well. They explained everything that was going on with the procedure ,,, and were very efficient ! I am very thankful for this dentist and her kind and caring attitude.

I was in a week ago for my routine cleaning. My hygienist Ezra is just exceptional! She keeps me calm and always is so encouraging. I actually enjoy coming in for cleanings with her. She encouraged me in my dental care and I never feel bad. Thank you Ezra for your professionalism and influence on your patients.

I hadn't been to the dentist in a few years, and when I finally decided to get my cleaning done, I went here. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. X-rays are all done digitally now, so no need for the heavy apron anymore and apparently emits less radiation then previous scanning deceives (which I thought that was pretty cool). During my cleaning my hygienist Yian was very easy to talk to and never made me feel guilty when I admitted to neglecting my oral hygiene sometimes. She even gave me good suggestions on how to remedy my bad habits. She was also considerate about my comfort throughout the whole visit (asking if I needed a blanket, if she was causing pain during cleaning, etc). I left feeling refreshed. Thanks for the good vibes Rockwood staff.

I had a visit to do some cleaning and annual check up and Azar, the dental hygienist who provided me the service was the sweetest. She was so caring, gentle and such a sweet personality. I'd recommend her to anyone wanting to get checked in here and and is looking for comfort and an overall great experience.

I want to start off by saying I am not a fan of going to the dentist at all. I have put it off for four years because I get such horrible anxiety just thinking about it. let me tell you hands down greatest dentist office I have ever been to. The staff is very inviting and understanding. My visit was pain free with my comfortability a top priority on their list. If you are looking for a place who listens and makes sure you have a great experience this is it. From the Front desk to the X-ray tech to the Assistant to Hygienist to the Dentist they all exceeded expectations. Thank you

First off, Receptionist area all had great customer service skills! Dr. Pak and Ve took very good care of me! I am impressed with your kindness and patience when I learned the bad news about my teeth, it was hard for me to hear that my tooth needed to be pulled! Thank you for going over the X-rays in detail and explaining the problem. I also appreciate how quickly you both were able to get me in and out!

Most of you probably only go to Kaiser because it's the insurance your employer provides. Well I'm in the same boat. If I could go legitimately anywhere else, I would. I absolutely don't trust any of the doctors I've talked to or seen, considering they've all tried putting me on anti-anxiety/anti-depressants when all I've wanted was for my shoulder issue I've had for 3+ years to be fixed or mitigated. Also anyone on their dental plan is screwed if they need anything besides a cleaning, because my last 2 appointments WITH INSURANCE have added up to over $500. I called and apparently with dental you pay "20%" of the cost, which in my opinion is absolutely insane considering insurance itself already costs so much. Honestly, if anyone reads this and knows of an alternative way to use Kaiser insurance without going to a Kaiser facility and seeing Kaiser doctors, I would absolutely LOVE to know so I can progress my life forward without medications being shoved in my face. I'm tormented every day by my shoulder and nobody really seems to care about that.

My experience with this office has been horrible. The prosthetic I purchased has broken twice in ten days since I first received it. Unable to schedule me an emergency appointment to have it fixed is unacceptable. I paid $1126.00 for something I can't even use or have fixed in a timely manner .

They are more interested in harassing customers about masks and covid restrictions then they are in providing dental care. Customer service is atrocious, and dental care is restricted by bureaucracy and not determined by individual medical situation.

I could only sing the praises of admin, staff (hygienists, admin, etc), & Dr. Nguyen and other dentists. Services are always timely, seldom delays, and I've experienced compassion & understanding, concern for, not only my physical welfare in situ, but how it is that I'm doing 'at the dentist.' They 're just great there and it speaks volumes that they've won my trust after a lifetime of dentist office trepidation.
