They don't follow the 15 min grace period even when you call. Don't go here. They won't work with you.

I had a molar pulled by Dr. Diaz. She and her staff made me totally comfortable explaining all the way through.

Exceptional staff! Really friendly and caring and explained things really well for me. I've had fillings, cleaning, x-rays, and two wisdom teeth pulled here. It's always been a good experience.

Anyone that I've dealt with at Kaiser has been absolutely professional. And their dental office is extremely relax and they inform you exactly what they do to help you with your teeth

Communication is horrible. Set up an appointment for me and my daughter. Told me it was fine if I brought my 3 year old because I don't have child care. Went in back, they cleaned my daughter but refused to see me because no one could watch my child. So not only do they lack communication but are also in the business to ensure single mothers/fathers cannot get access to dental care during Covid. We had to wait 1 YEAR to get in. Now they want me to reschedule for a time I don't have my kids. They can't possibly assume everyone has access to child care during covid. If they did, they are extremely out of touch with reality. And why did they continuously ask me "what type of insurance you have?" I am at Keizer, because I have Keizer insurnace. It wasn't asked this once, not twice, not three times but 4 different times. It started to feel degrading. I have been in Or almoat 2 years and haven't felt discriminated against until I came here.

Terrible location. Been bouncing back and forth with appointments for a few basic cavities for literally A YEAR. Dentist would do one filling and say, "that's all we can do today, you have schedule another appointment." Go to the front desk to schedule another appointment and they'll tell you that you have to wait for availability before even scheduling. Few days later get a call back that my dentist doesn't work there anymore so I need a new dentist. Okay, fine. They say they'll call me when a new dentist is available. After asking multiple times, I get a call back a MONTH later with an appointment scheduled. 2 months later I get a call an hour before my appointment that my dentist is not going to be there today. No reschedule even. This is absurd how terrible their communication is.

Kaiser Permanente Dental has been excellent over the last 10 years and the Hygienists are some of the best, Irina, Misty, and Jessica are all professionals. Gentle, and easy to work with. Good Job!

Amazing staff! Every person, from check in till check out was just incredible. Having a little dental anxiety, and being seen on a Saturday, in a small dental emergency, I was quite terrified. But the staff here, they all made me feel very comfortable and relaxed! Very pleased with my experience, and would totally recommend to anyone.

Their communication is lacking. I went to have my son get checked. Was sent to Portland first. Then sent to Oregon city because its closer and "convient". Then we get there they have no idea whats going on. They re-exam re-xray. How many times do we have to do the same thing. No communication just a bad system and design. Im sure they people are great. If you can ho somewhere else and pay more for being a person not a number. Weak sauce
