Amazing to go into a Kaiser dentist and experience a woman at reception counter coughing like she has covid. Wow. No doubt that whole office will have that cough soon enough.

The staff are very nice, but appointments are very difficult to get. The operator suggested I call every day at 6:30 am (it's October) to try and get an appt for December.

I called in advance to let them know I'd be about 10 minutes late. They still took me and worked extra fast without issue. This was my 3rd appointment with this team (Dr. Tran and her assistant), I am super comfortable with them. They are kind and pleasant to talk to and work SO well together. My anxiety with dental work is decreased just by being worked on by them. I highly reccomend this location but beware they are very booked up; expect to be placed on the wait list.

This is by far the best dental office I've been too. The front desk ladies were extremely friendly and helpful. Doctor Woo did an amazing job and went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Thuy is an amazing dental hygienist! She is very thorough in her cleanings and truly cares about your oral health. She provides incredibly helpful and knowledgeable information! She is also very caring during the cleaning and checks on your often.

The unprofessional hygienist can go twiddling her thumbs instead of clean my teeth not letting her touch me she's rude unprofessional and inconsiderate and customer service is horrible. I will gladly reschedule before I let you touch my mouth or teeth

They came up on Google because they "mention" urgent care. But when you click the link it says "no urgent care" so their SEO is done wrong.

The staff here are pretty rude only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because of the dental assistant who seemd to be more knowledgeable then the dentist. When I informed him I was still expecting pain after the numbing Injection he gave me attitude the assistant (God bless her soul) had to tell him to stop because I was shaking and my palms were sweating he still didn't seem to care and told me I needed insurance so he can do he's job properly. I don't recommend this location especially if you have a fear of dentist
