All of the staff were kind, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful-- from the front desk to the dental assistant to the dentist. They were all equally wonderful with our small child and us as parents.

2 teeth extracted. Zero pain day of the procedure. Excellent Dentist and Staff. Flawless procedure. Details were fully explained. All questions were answered.

I appreciate the fact that I was not 'rushed through' an examination regarding the pain I am experiencing. I felt that the Hygienist( I don't know if that is the correct term for the young lady who assisted), and Dr. Wong, were very caring, concerned, and interested in finding the 'best solution'. I took one antibiotic at 7:30p.m., and retired without pain. I awoke at 10:30p.m. in extreme pain. I took 1/2 tablet of Oxycodone at 11:30p.m., no relief. I took another 1/2 tablet at 1:30a.m., no relief. At 4:00a.m. I was able to go to sleep, and slept until 8:00a.m.. I have taken a second antibiotic this morning, and had a 'light breakfast'. The pain is just an underlying throbbing sensation at this time.

From the initial call to get an emergency appointment, until I was released. Every person was Amazing! Nina who diligently worked in an emergency appointment. Reception who was very welcoming. Dr. Peter's and Amarjit are simply the most amazing Dental Superhero's I have had the privilege to encounter. If tooth extractions were always this enjoyable.....I would have been on a steady diet of Jello years ago.... Thank you Kaiser Dental Team! Well done.

Dr Allen was super nice and helpful, explained everything very clearly, and was patient with my concerns. He was also efficient! I can't remember the assistant's name but she was excellent also. Good experience (or as good as a tooth extraction can be).

Dr. Peter's and assistant did a great job. Made me feel comfortable and informed. Best root canal I have received. No pain during procedure.

I am so pleased with the people from Kaiser! This time it is Ginger my oral hygienist. She is so good to me! I am in a wheelchair, and she goes above and beyond to help me get comfortable. She is gentle and so personable. The time I am in the chair goes by so quickly because she talks about fun stuff the whole time. She is gift to anyone who gets to see her do her job!

Giving a 1 star review because my wife's 1 star review from several months ago is being censored and does not show in the results. This place practices shady and dishonest business. I would not recommend to anyone.

I love my dental hygienist, but I truly hate the effort it takes to make an appointment. You can schedule any appointment online except for dental appointments. For this you have to be willing to call and wait for the doors to hades to open to make the appointment. Why? We are in the 21st century, and let's get with the technological revolution and let people make appointments as easily as possible.

Our experience at the Keizer Station pediatric dental location was top notch! Our hygienist, Gayle, was incredible, patient and friendly. Dr. Lane was equally amazing! Great advice and tips to keep my 3yo and 4yo's teeth happy & healthy!

Dr Wong and his assistant (I think her name is Kathleen) are the best. Yesterday, 9.16.21, they handled my anxiety like a pro. BOTH are excellent and I can't say enough regarding how much I appreciate each of them. Going to the dentist is the last thing I ever EVER want to do... I have extreme anxiety and stress from the poor dental care I had. They both put me at ease and make me feel like I will be ok, AND, their work is amazing. Thanks to both!
