My cleaning went well. The tech. Was very friendly. I think my appointment time was changed on me because I put it into my appointment book when as I make the appointment. It was an hour different.

I moved from Vancouver to Clackamas. Got two cavities filled today by Dr Chang and have been getting teeth cleaned here for the past year or so. Great experience! Last two times I got cavities filled at OTHER offices, it was very unpleasant. They put the numbing liquid needle very quick and forcefully in my gums and it hurt a lot, and they didn't really talk to me at all or let me know what was going on. It was very stressful. Dr Chang did a great job today. The numbing needle was slow and methodical, and had the least amount of pain I've ever had with a cavity. He explained every step and everything that he was doing during the whole procedure. He would warn me before something happened, like "this will sting a little bit" or "you'll feel slight pressure here". He checked in with me throughout, asking if I was comfortable or if there was too much water, etc, telling me to just give him a thumbs up if everything was okay. They provided a blanket during the procedure and gave me chapstick afterwards because they noticed my lips were dry. I trusted Dr Chang and the staff, felt comfortable and attended to the whole time. Thanks for being attentive and understanding to what is usually an unpleasant experience of getting cavities filled!

Todays visit was great! Dr Chang and Leah are an amazing team and they make you feel so welcome while you're there. Dental visits usually aren't the greatest time... but they are with this office!

I'm so tired of the incompetence of Kaiser that it's making me sick. This idiots prescribed a medication that I am allergic and it's impossible to get them on the phone to change I really wish you guys receive some kind of training and have better doctors.

Dennis L. Cain, LD. I had him made a new denture and it did not fitted and not be able to use it. I don't know why his boss does not know what kind of worked Dennis L Cain doing everyday in Johson Creed Dental location? I ask to transfer to different location for the repair or replace it. Not recommend.

Every single person that helped me was amazing. I haven't been to the dentist very often on my life because of fear. They all made me feel so comfortable and explained everything so well. Andrea was especially amazing. I can't remember the other names of the gals who helped, but they were incredible!I'm not scared to go back anymore. Well, I actually am, but I know they will make me comfortable and treat me with respect, kindness, and professionalism.

Saw Dr Cha at the Johnson Creek office. She's wonderful and her assistant efficient and very nice. The front desk was welcoming and the office is very clean. Next visited the My.Scott lab. Very clean facility and was seen quickly even though it was a walk in with no appointment. Blood draw painless and every one welcoming. In my second year here and I love Kaiser

The medical staff- kind, supportive, and so friendly! Billing specialist- unresponsive. We have been working on a financial plan in regards to a big bill. The billing department failed to update our address after various phone calls, and failed to send letters regarding denial of assistance and sent the bill to Collections. Kaiser support specialists were also unable to reach this office's billing specialist after multiple attempts as well. I'm filing a grievance report due to lack of responsibility and due diligence.

I sat on hold for almost 2 hours waiting, I just wanted to reschedule an appointment and I was never able to get through to anyone. save your time and go some place else. *rolling eyes* absolutely insane.

I came in last year for a cleaning to get fresh x-rays to get some work done. Got the cleaning, have been on the waitlist ever since. My tooth is very bothersome but does not cause pain because it's had a root canal. Can't get in to see anyone. It's not an emergency because it doesn't cause pain. And I can't see another provider because I have one assigned to that work. This is what a socialist care model looks like.

Visited kaiser on March 4th for four wisdom tooth extractions. Dr. Kelly Dezura and her staff were nothing but compassionate and professional with every visit. I was in and out of the office in 30 minutes! Three days later I have minimal soreness and so far healing great. Thank you everyone at Happy Valley kaiser!
