Both the Doctor and assistant were very kind and accommodating to my anxiety. They helped me to find a treatment plan that works for me. I will be going back soon.

This was my first root canal, and the dentist and Dental assistant were amazing! I was terrified and not sure what to expect and not only were they professional, but they really took a scary situation and calmed my fears and Made sure that I was comfortable!

Dr. Le and her Hygienist Veronica were nothing short of amazing! Super quick efficient and pain free, as someone who's has quite a bit of dental work done these ladies were professional and they care about what they are doing. Thanks again ladies for making a sometimes stressful visit so great!

The visit was very good, I felt comfortable and safe. Everyone had masks and plenty of spaced seating in the waiting room. Stacey, who did my x-rays, was very patient and helpful (I gag easily ). The hygienist, Shirley was very nice and did an exceptional job cleaning my teeth. It was nice to Dr. Fujii-Carr again, she puts you at ease with conversation about my summer, what I've been up to. Going to the dentist is a whole different experience now compared to 45 years ago, much better.

Temp crown came off Wed nite. While trying to replace it, I dropped it down the drain. Called Kaiser dental next day at 7:45 a.m. Gave info and Kaiser female said she would relay message to Glisan Dental Clinic. Waited one hour. Called again stating concern. This Kaiser female stated it takes from 1-3 days for response. I called again Fri and explained again. This time, female put me in touch with dental triage. After explaining again, female scheduled me for same day appt, stating that without temporary crown in place, there might be probs with tooth integrity. I was also having sensitivity and minor tooth pain. I was seen at Clackamas Dental within an hour of my Friday call. Treatment and care received was excellent. My issue with my first two phone calls is that given the same information twice, neither of the women seemed to know that my tooth needed more immediate attention rather than waiting 1-3 days for a call back. It seems like some education might be in order.

Best dental experience so far I have had with Kaiser so far. Love my new dentist and Michelle the assistant was awesome as well. Both were very friendly and accommodating and made me feel comfortable the entire visit.

Rozica was helpful, thorough, and friendly yet professional, particularly with coaching me about what I could do regarding sensitivity of front teeth--using MI Paste Plus paste & stopping using water pick on those 4 teeth.

This was my first time to the Clackamas Dental office. Thankfully, a cancelation came up as I was in need of urgent care. There was virtually no waiting. The dental team was quick to assess the severity of my tooth condition which led to an extensive temporary repair of my tooth that will require extraction. It was a joy to listen to the politeness and professional interchanges between my dentist and his dental tech. To top it off, my dentist called later in the date to check on me. His post-visit notes were extremely thorough. THANK YOU!

I began receiving dental work at 2 years old. I've experienced trauma off and on from dental work; causing some PTSD, so each time I go in, I get extreme anxiety. Today, I received excellent attention and care from Dr. Gretzinger and his assistant. I felt heard. I trust they want and will do the best for me....and I do not say that lightly.

Dental X-ray tech, Di Marshall, was kind and helpful. Jennifer, my hygienist, was kind, friendly, caring and gentle. Very happy with her care. Dentist, Dr. Pacewic was knowledgeable and showed empathy for a problem I've been having. I appreciate her kindness and care.

Shirley the hygienist was gentle, fast and informative. Dr Meraki made getting back into the office an easy experience. After being canceled on 3 times by my dentist at the Johnson Creek location, the Sunnyside location is my new preferred clinic!

The hygienist was rude and condescending, when I asked her to explain and show my X-rays to me. She acted as if I shouldn't be asking because I don't know how to read X-rays, she even asked my " Were you trained to read X-rays?" I believe every patient should be treated well and every person needs to know what exactly is going on in their mouth. After she put fluoride in my mouth I asked for a cup to continue spiting out the nasty taste and saliva but she didn't get me one. Overall she was kind of rough during the cleaning and did get her tools stuck in my old filings, I still haven't gotten them checked out I think she might have picked at it a little too much. Maybe other Hygienists are different.
