Such nice staff here. From the receptionists to the Dental Assistants and the Dentists themselves. I've been coming here for over a decade and always have a pleasant experience even though I personally dread having such work done.

I haven't been to the dentist in years. I had to make two separate appointments, one for an exam & one for a cleaning. Both times I called to schedule an appt, they manage to get me in the next day. The person who did my x-ray's was very gentle, I didn't get his name. Dr Walker did my exam, he was very gentle. Dr Gray did my cleaning, she was very gentle. Both times I was only there for about an hour. It was quite a wait in the lobby, but it was very quiet & chill in there.

Every member of the Aloha Dental team was exceptionally kind, treated each other with much respect, and explained every step of the process to me. I was in and out in no time with all my concerns addressed!

Worst dental office ever. Very unprofessional and I came in for an emergency visit they just took my blood pressure and sent me home. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone

Terrible. Went there for a filling and then the pain started less than 2 hours after, called and left two messages for emergency visit. I have not received a call back and crying from pain. The office is now closed. Avoid this place if you can, they cannot care less about their patients

As someone who is terrified of Dentist, it was a long journey finding a place that I felt comfortable with and worked with my fun quirks. The entire staff here was very respectful and patient. They explained everything they were going to do, they worked with me, and they made me laugh, what a feat!

I had an emergency dental appointment today. I had a cavity and cracked a tooth. The moment I walked in I was greeted with kindness and patience. The woman at the desk (I didn't catch her name) could tell I was nervous and gave me a stress ball :) . I didn't have to wait very long before they called my name. Jamie was so wonderful and spoke to me throughout the entire process. She really is a rockstar and helped me feel way more relaxed. Dr.Popov was very sweet, quick, gentle, polite, and communicated clearly. Even the gentleman at the desk when I was checking out (I also didn't catch his name) was patient, polite, and made me smile. My appointment was for 1:30pm. I arrived at 1:10pm. I left at 3pm I think? It wasn't very long at all. I had 2 cavities (one that caused the crack) fixed and filled. I was shaking like a leaf the entire time but I felt no pain. Just minimal discomfort from the numbing injection the first time. Overall this place definitely earns 5 stars because the people were amazing.

I was nervous about going to a new dentist but the staff here made me feel at ease. The xray technician is phenomenal, the best I've experienced in all my years. I have a smaller sized mouth and she had the xrays in and out without any struggle. I think she used to work with kids. My dentist Dave is amazing too and talked me off a ledge when I was scared to have major tooth work done. I now feel safe with the Aloha team with all of my tooth concerns.

Called for an emergency waited through all the prompts only to be told by the lady who answered the phone that they do not accept people who are not a member. Even though it was never said once during the prompts. Which could have saved a lot of time.

Really disappointed in my last visit. I must have been the last appointment of the day and the doctor couldn't be troubled. I showed up on time for my appointment. The receptionist tells me she will be right with me as she was talking to a lady who needed a translator. I sat there for 20 minutes before the receptionist asked my name. Then the nurse came out and tells me I was 16 minutes late and I would have to reschedule. I drove 20 miles and waited over a month to get this appointment. Now I have to wait another month and a half. Unbelievable. Poor customer service. Glad I didn't see the dentist last thing I would want is him rushing.
