Dr. Jesse Hollander is a general dentist with additional training in hospital dentistry. He is a graduate of Oregon Health & Science University Dental School. Following dental school, he completed a General Practice Residency at Queens Hospital in Honolulu. During residency, Dr. Hollander had the opportunity to develop specialized skills in oral surgery, root canals, gum disease management, dentures, full mouth rehabilitation, and cosmetic dentistry. He incorporates these skills into the advanced treatment he provides his patients. Along with his other colleagues and staff, he strives to treat each patient as if they were his family member. He provides mindful, gentle, and thorough care to his patients.
Dr. Norman Snow strives to provide each patient with the highest quality dental care in a gentle and personal manner. Dr. Snow has been caring for families on the island of Maui for over thirty-five years.He treats every single one of his patients as if he were treating his own family. He takes extra effort in making sure his patients are comfortable both in understanding the treatment that he is proposing and during the treatment process.Gentle, Best Standard of Dental Care is what Dr. Snow strives to give his patients.
He received his pre-dental education at the University of California Northridge. In 1972, he earned his Doctorate in Dental Surgery at the University of Southern California School of Dentistry. Dr. Snow served in the Airforce as a dentist for three years in both Thailand and Germany. He moved to Hawaii and practiced for Hawaii Public Health in Nanakuli for one year before moving to the island of Maui. Early on, Dr. Snow practiced as an Associate Dentist with Dr. Fumio Tsuji. In 1984, he opened his own practice in Kihei.

OMG this agency is absolutely fantastic! I was on vacation in Maui and Lost a filling out of a tooth which made the tooth sharp and felt Brittle. This office was able to fit me in the same day and did a fantastic job. They are very friendly but extremely professional. I would switch dentist if I lived here! This office deserves six stars.

I switched to Kai Dental almost 1 year ago and their dental service has exceeded my expectations! I followed one of their hygienist to Kai and discovered that the whole team is delightful and they enhance the dental experience. I recently experienced a single tooth whitening procedure and was amazed with how very well the process went and the short amount of time to effect a positive change! I would certainly recommend this dental office to family & friends and can honestly say that treatments at Kai Dental are as enjoyable as any visit to a dentist can be! Mahalo.

Yay! I found my new dentist and I am very happy with Kai Dental. After many lousy experiences with my previous dentist, I finally branched out for a second opinion and a new dentist. It was a decision I should have made years ago. Kai Dental came highly recommended from my best friends and they were right. After my first appointment today, I feel great about the care I received. Super friendly staff with excellent communication and you can actually feel that they care about you the patient, not just their bottom line like my previous dentist. They were super gentle and often took time to make sure I was ok and to explain exactly what they are doing and will do next. Excellent! Highly recommend! Thank you Kai Dental for the wonderful care I received today.

My whole family had an appointment at Kai Dental. My husband and myself saw Dr. Hollander and he has such a great bedside manner. He made the process very comfortable and I personally felt like I was in good hands with a dentist who genuinely cared. In addition his staff is wonderful. Sandy cleaned my teeth and she was accurate and gentle. Lastly my 3 year old saw Dr. Erica who was wonderful. She made his first experience at the dentist wonderful. He was happy and he wants to go back. So that as a parent makes it a 100% a win. I highly recommend Kai Dental as a business that is trustworthy, capable and filled with good people. Dr. Hollander is attentive, sensible, and his bed side manner is top notch. While on vacation I chipped three teeth, and Kai Dental made room for me that same day. Dr. Hollander gave me all my options, helped me pick what was best for me, and did a great job on my teeth. I did a follow up with my dentist back home, and she was impressed with his work. Good dentist are hard to come by, so check this place out if you are looking.

I just had a cleaning at Kai Dental with Dr. Hollander. I also got a Silver Diamine Fluoride (SDF) treatment for two cavitites. I'm new to Maui, and this was my first trip to a dentist in Maui. Everything went smoothly, Dr. Hollander is great and his staff is great as well, including Jordan as the dental hygenist. The fact that they do SDF treatments should let you know that they're up on the latest technologies. If you have a back cavity that can't be seen, SDF is the way to go. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience. I was faced with an abscess and in quite a bit of pain. Dr. Hollander saw me ON SUNDAY! He discussed options and what to expect with each. He put me on antibiotics and the pressure from the abscessed tooth resolved itself. Later in the week Dr. Hollander performed a root canal. Great chair-side manner. So great to find such a caring dentist away from home.
