We take the time to create a personalized treatment for each patient and we offer a wide range of services. It is our goal to make your visit with us an extremely pleasant one and to send you home with a beautiful and healthy smile.
Below is our New Patient Package that you will need to complete on your first visit. You can expedite matters by downloading the package, completing it at home and handing it to our staff when you arrive for your initial visit to our office, or you can fill out the forms online.
Your first visit to our office is designed to get you better acquainted with all we offer as well as introduce you to our caring staff. On your first visit, we will review your medical and dental histories and evaluate your oral health. We will take digital x-rays of your teeth and explain to you whether or not you will require any dental treatment.

Our dental office uses the latest state-of-the-art equipment and cutting edge technology and we uphold the strictest sterilization techniques. We know that many people may feel anxious about coming to the dentist, so it is our goal to make your visit with us as pain and anxiety free as possible. We view it as our mission to educate our patients about all of their oral health care options and to help guide them to choose a treatment plan that is most suitable and appropriate for their needs.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards as well as cash and personal checks. We accept HMSA, HMAA, Dental Dental, HDS, Cigna Dental insurances. If you have any question regarding your dental plan, please call our office and we would be happy to assist you.

Ended up with a very painful tooth infection while on vacation. KFDC staff were very gracious to squeeze me in within 1.5 hrs after calling in. Dr. Brown quickly diagnosed the problem, provided an alternate antibiotic which took effect in about a day, and, thank his soul, gave me some Norco which took care of the excruciating pain until I could get back to the mainland for endodontic treatment. Fees were very reasonable. If you are anywhere near Kaanapali and have similar or general dental needs, this is your place!

This place is amazing, clean, friendly and pure quality. Dr. Irena might be the best kept secret in Lahaina, I wish I could find a dentist like her back home, she is truly warm and caring! I had to get in for an emergency visit while on vacation and she managed to somehow make it a pleasant experience, even my husband asked if we should both try and see her for an exam while we were here on vacation. I can't recommend this place enough, everyone was just amazing!

I couldn't be happier with this dental office in Lahaina! I was vacationing and chipped my front tooth. I found this dental office and scheduled an emergency appointment. The staff were very friendly and Dr. Irena was amazing! She explained everything that was going to be done to fix my tooth. She paid great attention to detail and once the procedure was complete it was as though my tooth never chipped! I wish Dr. Irena was my dentist back home!

I had to find a new dentist on Island. I am glad Dr. Brown was on my new insurance plan. He is very knowledgeable and fixed my cracked crown. Great staff. Keep it up.

Kahana Family Dental Center is clean (taking extra covid precautions), friendly staff, knowledgeable doctor and always does a great job. My hygienist Amber did a great job cleaning my teeth. She took her time ensuring my teeth were clean and even recommended a great electric tooth brush. I highly recommend this office.

Great practice! I needed an emergency fix after I broke a filling and they were able to get me in and fixed the issue. I didn't have insurance at the time but it was relatively affordable and I haven't had any problems since

I've been going to Kahana Family Dental for years and have always had a good experience. Brandie at the front desk has always been welcoming. Dr. Brown and his assistant Aizza always make me feel comfortable during any procedures. Amber, the hygienist, is always gentle but very thorough and meticulous. I'm very happy to have found this office!

I have been going to Kahana Family Dental for years. The staff is friendly and professional. Amber is always my hygienist and she does a wonderful, thorough job while still being as gentle as possible. I have had not so good encounters with other offices and am so happy I found Kahana!

I saw the Dental Hygienist, Amber and she was phenomenal! I have past dental trauma and she made me feel at ease and comfortable. I have always been given excellent care at Kahana Family Dental. The practice is clean, professional, and everyone is very friendly. Amber, the dental hygienist, is excellent. She has been cleaning my teeth for a few years. I have sensitive teeth and she is very gentle and does a thorough job. I highly recommend this dental practice!

I was on vacation in Maui and my bridge broke. My family joked that I looked like a Jack-o-lantern! I found Kahana Dental Center online and called and made an appointment for the next day. Dr. Brown and his team were so kind, accommodating and professional. After 30 minutes there, I can now smile in public for the rest of my vacation. :-)
