Dr. Kagan was born and raised in Russia. In 1983 she graduated top of her class from dental school with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree. For over a decade she has worked as a dentist in Leningrad, Russia (now known as St. Petersburg).
Since 2000 Dr. Kagan has maintained a successful private practice in Reseda. No matter how busy she is, she always has time to explain all available treatment options to her patients. She enjoys helping guide her patients through difficult dental decisions by answering all patient questions and concerns.

I Think Doctor Inna Kagan is a Fantastic Dentist as well as a Dental Artist! Doctor Inna Kagan shaped my new caps they are almost identical to my former teeth. My teeth had been damaged by someone years back. I was sad as I had been told by other Dentists that I could not receive Root Canals or Caps! Doctor Inna Kagan helped me find Endodontists she shapes the teeth her self they are perfect! Doctor Inna Kagan also knows I like to floss my teeth she made shure that I can floss my teeth with no issues. Doctor Inna Kagan is a Gem a Diamond! Doctor Kagan is from Russia and has made United States Of America Her Home. She has her Dental Office right put here in San Fernando Valley Reseda she is a Super Star Dentist! Her staff are professional as well as kind the wait is not long her Office is lovely clean follows strict Covid Regulations which is wonderful! Doctor Inna Kagan is serious so one must be prepared to have all proper documents in order if using Medical Dentical. She also does except cash she can do Porslan Crowns Gold or Silver along with the new Plastic Crowns that are fantastic in the place of a Root canal tooth the Crowns are strong durable can be bleached and look and feel like your own teeth! I'm so happy and very pleased with the level of Professionalism and a True Artistic Dentist As Doctor Inna Kagan. Do I recommend her YES 100%

Dr. Kagan is an amazing doctor, she really cares about you and about how you feel. I will highly recommend this place!!! She found time for me, even it was a last minute call, and she had a very busy schedule, I will definitely coming back!

Very rude doctor! We had to wait half an hour. And instead of an apology, they argued. We couldn't wait anymore and left. All half an hour that we waited, in the doctor's room was a dead silence. P.S. OK, I add more. I came 10 minutes early (yes, I am very responsible!). While we were entering, a patient just entered to the doctor's office. I asked about that, and the answer was: " This patient filled in her papers up to 11:20 a.m., but she had an appointment at 11 a.m." So, it is doctor's fault with appointments and working day planning. In addition, there were not my children who disturbing us with that loud noises- the door in that office has a motion detector that constantly rang and naturally annoyed everyone. I repeat: it rang not because of my children. Finally, it was our fourth visit, and every time we had to wait 20.. 40 minutes from the time of my appointments. I was sick and tired when they did not apologize, but wanted to shift their mistakes on others. By the way, another doctor said that it is good that all treated by Dr. Kagan teeth are baby teeth :)

Dr. Kagan is an amazing dentist. I have been to several dentists before her and none of them took care of my teeth as well as she does. Her attention to detail makes all the difference. It is very easy to get an appointment with her. The staff is very accommodating with my schedule and even squeeze me in when I have an emergency. I trust her with my dental care and also my entire family. I don't live very close to her office, but she is worth the commute!

Very poor customer service! The doctor and her staff have so harsh and impolite behavior!!! You will see the low quality of the office as soon as you step in their office. I strongly do not recommend this doctor. My mom and I were shocked with the doctor's behavior. I took my mom there for cleaning her teeth only (not a deep cleaning); the doctor did it within 3 minutes!!! unbelievable! I asked the nurse nicely if she could be a little bit polite with my mom, while she was taking x-ray. She started arguing with me. Then I went to the doctor and asked her if she could ask her nurse to be nicer with my mom. The doctor did the same as her nurse even worse! Unbelievable! As much as I tried to make a nice environment for my mom and everyone, the doctor and the staff did not help :( !!!!
