Natick dentist, Dr. Mina Kaddis, is a general dentist who strives to provide the best quality of care to the community. The oral health and overall well-being of our patients is his top priority. Dr. Kaddis is committed to getting to know each patient and meeting their individual dental needs.
Dr. Mina Kaddis attended Boston College, where he majored in their Pre-Dental Program, as well as obtaining his Bachelorsin Arts and Sciences with a Major in Christian Theology. He received his DMD degree at the Tufts School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA. Dr. Kaddis is an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA) and Massachusetts Dental Society (MDS).
Lynda received her Degree in Dental Hygiene from the Forsyth School in Boston, MA.She developed a passion for dentistry after her experience working as a dental assistant. Lynda has a gentle and happy demeanor that can help any patient feel 100%comfortable during their visit. Lyndas primary focus is to educate and inform her patients of their dental needs to create long term health, with care and compassion. Her time at home is spent with her husband, two children, and their dog Bailey. She loves the outdoors, traveling, working out, and the time together with her family and friends. In her spare time, she works as a realtor with her husband.
Marie received her Dental Hygiene degree from the Forsyth School of Dental Hygiene at MCPHS University. She has been with our office since 2019 and joined our team with over 25 years experience as a dental hygienist. Her goal is to customize the care of each individual patient in order to improve not only their oral health but overall health. Marie loves getting to know her patients and believes there is no greater satisfaction than a patient leaving with a healthy smile. When she is not in the office, Marie enjoys spending time with her family and relaxing at the beach.
Jenny has been with Kaddis Dental since 2018. Apart from her passion for dentistry, she loves spending time with her husband and friends, going for adventurous walks with her dog Riley, traveling to places with beautiful scenery, and painting.
Khyra is our patient coordinator and loves getting to know our patients. She makes sure that every patient feels welcome and comfortable as soon as they walk into the office. Khyra grew up in New Hampshire where her grandfather practiced dentistry. She became compassionate of the dental field at a young age. In her spare time, Khyra loves spending time with her kids, doing yoga, nutrition, and going for motorcycle rides with her fiance.
Stephanie graduated from the Blue Hills Regional Nursing Assistant Program in 2007. While on her externships, at hospitals and nursing homes, Stephanie mostly enjoyed the administrative side of the healthcare field. She earned her business degree at Massasoit Community College. In 2012, she began working in the dental field calculating copays, presenting treatment plans, and discussing financial options with patients. To expand her knowledge in dentistry, she attended Boston Career Institute and received her dental assisting certificate. In 2016, she pursued her career goals in becoming an office manager and is a current member of the American Association of Dental Office Managers. Outside of the office, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband and family, taking care of their two dogs and chickens, and working on craft projects. She loves traveling and has seen 9 other countries.

After moving to Natick, we picked Kaddis Dental from local recommendations in a Facebook group, and we're so happy with our choice. I hadn't been to the dentist in far too long when I first visited the clinic with tooth pain, but Dr Kaddis didn't at all make me feel guilty for letting my teeth get to the stage they were at. I was referred to Wellesley Oral Surgeons to remove 4 wisdom teeth, then came back to Kaddis to get 2 crowns, some fillings, root planing, and have returned frequently for cleanings. My husband and two small children have been coming to Kaddis too. I honestly never thought I would be happy to visit the dentist, but here I have been. All the staff have the best bedside manner ever, they are so positive and encouraging, especially to the kids who thanks to them have no fear of going to the dentist. I love Kaddis Dental and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an awesome practice for their whole family.

We have been with Dr Kaddis dental for six months now. My children and I have been looking for a new dental office and we received great recommendations for this office. We have been received warmly and the front desk is great, always with current information and pricing that we may encounter if not covered by insurance, as a parents of two, helps greatly. I wanted to point out Linda our great dental hygienist, she is wonderful, always with great advice and patience. I started my first cleaning with some sort of machine and felt uncomfortable, I may be because I missed one cleaning, not sure, on my next appointment we saw Linda and was a blissed, no machine, just traditional cleaning and could not be happier. I am making my appointments with her from now on. Thank you Linda!

Everyone super nice. I usually like most people dread going to the dentist. But was a pleasant visit. First teeth cleaning that I didn't felt pain. In fact if wasn't for the fact that I had to keep my mouth open I would have fallen asleep. Going back next week for some fillings.

I am 37 years old and always absolutely DREADED the dentist until now. This practice is incredible. I went last week for my way overdue cleaning and had to have one filling fixed today and the whole experience was painless. They are friendly and welcoming, I felt so comfortable which is saying a lot. I just moved to Natick and I am happy to say I have found my dentist. Thank you!

Dr Kaddis and Shannon, a Hygienist, were amazing today with my 5 year old son. They were playful and patient and got him through a tough appointment with human connection instead of laughing gas. I so appreciate that they tried it and elated that it worked! Not only did I save the $100 our previous dentist charged me for the medicine they said he had to have, my little guy felt comfortable even when his mouth was a little uncomfortable. Check one off for getting a little braver as a life lesson. I am so impressed with the whole office.
