I started going to Dr.Chris back a few years to find he was always overbooked and in a huge hurry to get to another office several mistakes where made for example I had a crown fell off five times in a 2 week period Before it was out on by another dentist..also had a root canal done where he drilled threw the side of my tooth and never fixed it ...I had to go to a specialist that ended up costing me $1500.00 & 4 stiches.....I could go on about other mistakes by enough is enough...I will be calling channel 2 news!!!!

I've had Dental Issues (and issues with dentists) my entire life. I started going to Dr. Kackalski's office about 5 or 6 years ago. Where other dentists seemed to judge me, Dr. Kacalski was so kind and jumped right into solving the underlying issues. The office and staff is so friendly and inviting as a whole, it's really a wonderful environment. I don't think I could ever see another dentist. I've had to change insurances multiple times (job losses, affordable health care act) and the office always worked to accept it. He worked with my insurance to make sure I was getting the best care possible, without breaking the bank every time.

Dr K taught me how to keep myself calm during dental exams and procedures, which has made my dental experiences so much easier! I was holding my breath when procedures we being performed, which was making me panic. After over a decade of dental service, Dr K was the first to notice this, and now that I make sure to breathe during procedures and routine maintanence, my dentist visits now are so low-stress that I don't dread them like I did prior. The staff there are also so friendly and treat me like an old friend, especially those that have been there for a very long time and worked for the previous office owner and my previous dentist, the retired Dr Kendall, who I liked but wasn't as patient and observant as Dr K. The dental hygenists who work for Dr K are also so friendly and attentive. I love having someone talk to me about pleasant things to distract me from the potentially uncomfortable or irritating things going on in my mouth at the time. They've also given me great advice that have helped me with my personal dental hygiene, like using an electric toothbrush and a water pick (sprays jet of water between teeth) to compensate for my difficulty/aversion to flossing. While they do emphasize that flossing would be best, its really nice to be presented with alternatives instead of being told that I must do one particular thing, as even a less effective solution is still better than nothing. If you really don't like going to the dentist, I highly recommend giving Dr K's team a try to see if they can change how you feel about dental care.
