I am withdrawing my initial review (below). The dentist contacted me to explain that the requirement of an initial exam for new patient was an ADA guideline, which explains the difficulty I had just getting a cleaning elsewhere. He apologized for the misinformation from the schedulers and offered to waive the fee for the exam. I was able to get x-rays sent from Wyoming dentist, although he expressed willingness to waive that cost as well under the circumstances. Just got a very thorough cleaning from Tatiana and have scheduled an appointment for bonding of chipped teeth. So I am very pleased that they followed up and resolved this -- with only a week before we travel abroad. ___________________ Wasted considerable time by not telling me that I couldn't get a cleaning without a full exam. I had a checkup 5 months at my dentist in Wyoming. I cancelled my appointment because I should have been told this weeks ago.

Stay away from these people. My 8-year old daughter had to have three (baby) teeth removed in August, each of which had been given a pulpotomy (aka "baby root canal") between April and June. She is forever traumatized about her teeth being "bad", and all because these guys like to go hyper aggressive (and also happily paid). Since we left them two dentists, one in Italy and one here, said that the (expensive) pulpotomies were not necessary and indeed all three teeth had to be removed. Oh and did I mention that their billing practices are shady? I cannot fathom how they have high google ratings. Read the Yelp reviews.

K street Dental has a very professional and friendly staff. I always have a great experience during and after all my appointments. They give me a clear understand on the procedure and the steps they plan to take and the wait time has never long. I feel blessed to have found them because my teeth look and feel great. I go for my regular check up and cleaning and have to say that the higienist and the dentist are wonderful, very efficient, and highly professional. The higienist is very meticulous, thorough, and takes time to not only make sure that every little stain is removed but also to explain if there are any changes in my dental health, good or bad. The staff is very friendly and knows how to make a petient feel comfortable and in good professional hands. They also have a knowledgeable insurance expert who has advised me on chosing the best plan for my dental needs.

I have been coming to K Street Dental for the past 10 years. The providers and staff are exceptional and kind. They continue to maintain safe Covid protocols. I have always been satisfied by my dental care, and staff have never tried to sell me something I didn't think was necessary. On my most recent visit, my appointment was especially punctual and efficient. I barely had to wait at all and was in and out in 30 minutes!

Today was my first visit at K Street Dental. They are the best, made me feel very comfortable with my fear of going to the dentist. I would recommend if you have dental fear go here...or if your just looking for a great dentist thus is the place.

I always have the best customer service and dental care experience with the staff at K Street Dental. Everyone is friendly, professional, and very efficient. I felt safe and comfortable for my most recent visit, during COVID-19, . The precautions that have been implemented in the office are very well executed with the safety and well-being of patients and staff at the forefront. I highly recommend them!

I am so grateful to have Dr. Maur as my Dentist. She is the best. I have no complaints. Only complements. Very caring, professional, and awesome. She has great bedside manners. Throughly explains all procedures and even demonstrate samples. She makes sure I am relaxed, comfortable, satisfied and happy. I just love her spirit. If she every relocates/move from K-Street Dental, I'm following her to her next location. Thank you Dr. Maur for kindness and supports and making me smile again

My new favorite dentist! I didn't have to wait long to be seen after arrival but I might not have minded considering how nice the staff at the front desk was and the waiting music was pretty great (Toto, Africa). The hygienist was very friendly and thorough in her explanations and the dentist was as well. I've been going to another practice for years and realized that they were way more aggressive in their treatment recommendations($$) and am very grateful to have found K Street instead.
