From what I have experienced so far, I would give this a zero star rating if I could. I have not even stepped foot into the office yet. I called to verify my appointment, staff was extremely rude. I was not heard, each time I spoke she interrupted me very rudely and then hung up on me due to having another call. I was told over a month ago when I made my appointment that I would not need a copay. Today, one day before my appointment I'm told I need to pay for a root canal... I haven't even had an exam done. I simply stated that my tooth aches when she asked me what I was coming in for. I was also told that due to me being pregnant I cannot be seen. Back when I made the appointment I was told that was fine. How are you going to tell me you can't see me, yet tell me I need to pay for a procedure that you don't even know if I need? Very unprofessional and rude. I received a call the next morning, and will say that the explanation and apology for my previous experience was cleared up. I was told in detail a lot of information that most dental providers do not explain to patients. The conversation and clearing up of the miscommunication the previous day changed my perspective about this dental practice. Greatly appreciated that.

This was by far the worst dental visit I have ever had. When I entered the office the office manager was in a heated debate with another patient about the "medium" cleaning that her son needed because of gingivitis. I should have left then but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. The office manager was extremely rude to the other patient. Once I was taken in the back the dentist walked in and started taking X-rays. He did not introduce himself and was very unfriendly. I had to ask if he was the dentist - thought maybe he was the hygienist. They then begin to tell me that I need a "medium" cleaning along with special medicated irrigation - I have never needed any of this and do not have any issues with my teeth. This of course would cost more and I felt it was just to make more money. He was very unprofessional; did a rushed and rough rudimentary cleaning with some fluoride polishing for which they charged my insurance an exorbitant amount. Did not tell me that the fluoride would not be covered - at $125 for 2 minutes of polishing. The exam room was untidy and seemed very unsanitary - at one point the dentist actually draped the instrument tubing over my stomach. I could not get out of there soon enough. My husband was supposed to have an appointment the next day - needless to say we cancelled immediately. I felt sorry for the young ladies that have to work in this office.

The staff is so friendly!! Irena is awesome!! She really follows up to make sure you get the care you need!! Dr. K is really efficient and took care of my cleaning quickly.

This dental place is AWESOME!!!! Irena is the sweetest lady! They will accommodate your needs and work with your schedule. The doctor and entire organization is the best in the dental business. I highly recommend this place 10stars!

Staff is very kind, honest, and professional. I came out for a second opinion after being told that I needed a root canal. Dr. Kalantarov evaluated my mollar and saved it! I am very happy with the results.

Finally found a dentist I have confidence in and can trust. After two misdiagnosis and overpriced quotes, Dr. K told me exactly what needed to be done at a fair price. If I would have followed the treatment prescribed by the previously two dentists I would have risked major complications as my bone was infected and neither one of them alerted me to this. Thanks Dr. K

Went to them with toothache and they saw me right away. Kind, professional and efficient. I will be back again. If you have an emergency, highly recommend to go there.
