treats patients well, gives his thoughts on the best modality of therapy, office staff friendly, asst knowledgeable, made adjustments to my prosthetic device , my teeth felt a lot better, so did my gums. experience and skill make a difference .

I've been going to Dr. Browns for the past 5 years and he is by far the best dentist in the Murrieta, Temecula and menifee area. I was looking for a good dentist because of the horrible experiences In the past. The entire staff has been there for 10-30 years and the experience is second to none. I have gotten regular cleanings, deep cleanings, Root canal, fillings for cavities, braces and now veneers. Dr Brown and his team are phenomenal and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for friendly, painless experience. Shout outs to there amazing staff: Wendy, Dr Wasmiller, Sarah, Brandy and Dante.

I've had a great experience with Dr. Wasemiller who has worked on my crowns. I am very happy with the results. He is kind and attentive, explains everything in great detail, is open to any questions, and has very gentle approach. I visited Dr. Pat Brown' Dental office for the first time, yesterday. I had my teeth cleaned by Dental Hyginist "Julie ." She was extremely nice and polite and did a great job on my teeth. She has a gentle so I didnt feel anything! I highly recommend this place.

UPDATE October 20, 2022 My wife and I have been going Drs. Brown, Wasemiller, Joy and their very cool staff for what seems like, about four years now. The work performed has been: fillings, caps, bridges, routine exams, xrays, and four dental hygienist cleanings - for each of us yearly, total 8 yearly. (FYI paying for an extra cleaning abobe insurance yearly is worth it. Routine cleanings catch minor dental failings, prior to the major one$, and promotes a healthy smile and oral cavity, and reminds me to KEEP trudging the road to dental health) What this Temecula dental office has consistantly demonstrated over these years is high quality, empathetic dental care, with customer and scheduling attentiveness, second to none! Just try and find that level of service, in ANY business in a state this size, good luck! Seems the past 4 years, they have not had any staff turn over, but has added, additional competent, and caring staff. The office is a strong magnet for caring staff, dentists, and midlevel providers. I do not know how they do it, consistently, year after year. But what I do know in my years, is that it begins, from the top, always! Price? Always a concern, right? I stopped price checking about two years in. They're about 10% higher than some and 10% lower than others. All we have received over the years, the same smiling faces, precision dentistry, well, that's everything. Bill Dispute? Of course, there has been a few. 1. I do not know dentistry, and it's fine nuanaces. 2. Medicine is complex and we both can get turned around. Especially when I'm going in for a minor dental surgical proceedure, which can be unsettling, I get turned around, despite being in good hands. They have made an error as well, the don't snarl assuming the pt is automatically wrong, but investigate it, and admit it, when there incorrect! Refreshing. Previous Review Below... The hygienists are great and thorough with a keen eye to see small cavities and ask the dentists to review their findings. That screams they care. Front desk, Wendy is patient, professional and kind. I have been going there over a year. As a medical professional I know good conscientious care, they have it. I have spent years going to dentists and invested alot because my teeth are soft and prone to decay. But I have never ever, ever seen an office run so harmonious and professional. Dr. Brown and Dr. Wasemiller are consummate professionals, empathic, thorough and provide excellent service at a competitive price. Going to the dentist for most lends itself to apprehension, myself included. In fact new to California I went to 3 other offices before trying Dr. Brown's office in Temecula. Gun shy, I continued to go back a few times and I was sold. Now all my dental work is complete and so worth it. I'd say, keep up on your cleanings, because the hygentists spend a lot of time inspecting every crevasse while cleaning and helping the dentists to help you.

My crown went without a hitch. Dr. Wasemiller was gentle and was very considerate. I hardley see Dr Brown anymore.

Update Nov 6. 2020 One of my crown came off and I called Dr Brown first thing in the morning if they can help me today and fix my crown. Wendy was really helpful to check and scheduled me the same day. When I arrived Jessi, Brandy prepared, and took care of me. Dr. Matthew made sure all are good. Jessi was really awesome, helpful, respectful and super nice. Brandy did a good work cementing back my crown ofcourse with the help of Jessi. This office follow all covid precaution and really luv this place! --------------- Had an excellent experience here. Tiffany (hygienist) was really nice and took care of me with such kindness. Dr Matthew was equally great in checking my teeth's health. what i appreciate most is they work with my insurance to get the most benefits I can without me paying too much. also i felt they are honest and fair of what is needed and does not over prescribe. overall very positive environment , will definitely stay here for my next dental needs. Oh Dr Brown is great indeed.

Never thought I would say I love my Dentist! They have a very professional & compassionate organization. You will notice it as soon as you enter the office & are greeted by the front desk staff. Everyone is positive, warm, & welcoming. As for the dentist, I see Dr. Wasemiller & he takes care of me with compassion, information, & understands patient fears. Julie, dental tech always keeps my chompers clean & dialed! I have recommended them to my sister & mother. They have the same experience as well! Thank you for your professionalism & care.

The procedure I had was coordinated in a professional manner that gave me a very comforting, reassured, and positive outlook. It's important for a patient to experience good bedside manner when undergoing an emotional experience. If more dentists would follow this protocal people would not be afraid of the dental industry.
