Horrible! Do not go here the staff is outrageously rude! I have never been treated so poorly. If I could give negative stars I would. They refused to file my insurance correctly as well. It's a headache to deal with this office I will warn all my friends as well.

The epitome of professionalism. The whole staff was great. Entire experience was efficient, comfortable and they treated you like an individual. This is what the health care should aspire to be industry wide.

Dr. Call and his staff are wonderful. The treatment I was given was caring and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Call and his staff to anyone who needs an oral surgeon.

I can not explain how amazing these people are. They go out of their way to make sure there patients needs are met. 10/10 would recommend dr. Call for all oral surgery.

Best dental experience I have ever had. Recommended by my general dentist for surgery follow up while he was out. Dr Call and his staff treated me as though I had been a lifelong patient. If I ever need another procedure in his category, I will certainly return

Attentive, knowledgeable staff. You won't be disappointed. (Edit-11/16/2020) With the Covid crisis affecting us all, and only getting worse, I especially appreciate the adherance to the suggested protocols (masks, hand sanitizing, etc.), and the diligence shown by the staff in gently but firmly enforcing those protocols. I expect (and receive) first class service from this office, but it would be for naught if I contracted a life impacting disease while getting treatment. Thank you

I had an extraction and prep for an implant done today. I was very impressed with how fast I was seen and finished with the procedure. When I was there I noticed a few staff peak in the room to see if the other staff needed help- which speaks volumes. Clearly, they have a good morale and work as a team. The office was clean and well maintained. The new oral surgeon was wonderful as well! I am happy that I chose this practice.

The Office staff is Patient, Helpful and they Actually Lusten to you. Dr. Hancock is a Very Kind, respectful, Knowledgeable and Gentle Warm person. His assistants Are like friends, careing, compassionate, comforting. I highly recommend Dr. Hancock to everyone. Thanks Doc, and Staff

Dr Hancock's staff was super helpful at getting me in to fix my problem. They were very friendly and attentive. My experience with Dr Hancock far exceeded anything I could have anticipated. I was nervous and he put me at ease immediately and he had my tooth out before I even realized it. I was so impressed I could not believe how easy it was. I would recommend him to anyone! I was in and out in no time! A wonderful experience!

I had two extractions and an implant done by Doctor Hancock. Loved the customer care all the staff displayed. Very polite, friendly and caring. The procedures went well with the Doctor taking his time and completing the extractions with no new accompanying problems. The implant was straight forward with every care shown. The whole experience was calm and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Hancock and his dental practice.

Due to a fondness of bubble gum and fireballs I have had considerable experience with dentist in the 8 states I have lived in. Dr. Hancock's advice has been responsible for several successful implants . He has also explained in plain english why the TV budget 1 size fits all is less than desirable for those who want a long term solution rather than a quick fix. Finally a surgical procedure did not cost as much as originally thought resulted in Dr. Hancock's office sending me a substantial refund check. To me this denotes quality care and ethics. Two things I look for with those I do business with.
