None of the Doctors at the Lamar office seem to care about their patients. I felt hurt the very first time I had to go there and then just this past visit. But i'am not able to go to any other Doctor because of my insurance coverage as I live on disability alone. Some doctors think that if you have disability and care for yourself your a fraud so they treat you like they treat me. Step in my shoes for 1 hour Doctor you couldn't handle it. Be Nice to Everyone You Don't Know Anything about Them

Scheduled me for a 12:30. I arrived at 12 33. Building was empty and I was forced to wait fortyish minutes for service. The one dentist who finally spoke to me, said "No big deal, well get to you when we get to you". Poor scheduling, poor customer service.

Had an appointment 1045 was 5 minutes late took their staff 10+ minutes to actually c i was waiting then told me i had to reschedule cus i was 15+ minutes late.. complete bs. UPDATE: They took care of what needed to b done, and so far their product has been 100% fit nicely..

Very disappointed. They do not know how to deal with insurance companies. We paid up front and now no one is attempting to bill the insurance company. They got their money so I guess the rest doesn't matter

They did a great job making me a new lower plate, after a different dentist made me a poorly fitting one and then replaced it with another poor fitting one. The staff was friendly and the process was much quicker than the prior place. My only small issue is that I couldn't call that office when I left a drink container there after my appointment. The 800 number goes to a main office that schedules appointments for all their locations. The receptionist wouldn't even give me a number to call direct to the Lamar office.

Cancelled my appointment never called i drove 45 mins I way to find out it was cancelled i will never go back 0 customers service they wasted my whole day
