If I could give them a zero, I would. My mom who is on a fixed income spent over $1000.00 on a set of dentures. From the day she picked them up including before she left the office she complained they did not fit, they were too big. She reluctantly took them home and tried to wear them. She tried pads and denture grip but nothing worked. Her mouth would hurt after wearing them for only a few hours. She took them back to the office only to be told use more poly grip....Would they accept that solution on something they had just spent that much money on?!She has had 2 other sets of dentures in her life and knows how dentures should fit. She is unable to wear them while she eats because they won't stay in her mouth. What good are teeth that you can't eat with?! What happened to taking pride in your work and the product you are putting out there? What happened to customer satisfaction? This company is only interested in cashing your check or swiping your credit card. Feb 12, 2020 Shortly after I posted my review, someone from the office reached out to my mom. Today she had a follow up appointment with the dentist and was much happier with the results. She said it felt like they removed 2lbs from them. They're not slipping like they did before and she doesn't need any kind of adhesive to keep them in her mouth. Thank you for responding so quickly and taking care of all of her concerns.
