Raised in Nevada City, California, Dr. Justin Pagan completed his undergraduate degree at Santa Clara University with an emphasis in biology. While an undergraduate, Dr. Pagan studied in Australia and upon returning to the US, taught biology at his alma mater. After deciding to pursue his career in dentistry, Dr. Pagan received his dental degree with honors from Creighton University, Nebraska in 2002. He served his orthodontic residency and received his MSD, Masters of Science in Dentistry, as a specialist in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
Since moving to Seattle in 2005 to be with family, Dr. Pagan continues to study and train, staying current on the latest developments in the field of orthodontics. Dr. Pagan values and brings new techniques to his practice. He is proud to offer orthodontic treatment with greater comfort and less frequent visits.
Dr. Pagan and his wife, Wendy, have three children: Bryce, Quinn, and Jules. Before having kids, Justin and Wendy were avid travelers both locally and abroad but these days they spend more of their time traveling locally. Dr. Pagan and his wife both grew up in the foothills of Nevada County, CA and spent their youth hiking, swimming, and camping. They love the outdoors and try to spend as much time as they can camping and exploring with the kids.

Dr Pagan is a wonderful doctor and an amazing person. His staff are all extremely kind, always happy and upbeat. I am currently working on fixing my teeth and Dr Pagan and his staff continue to support both my son and I while we go through this process together. I received orthodontic treatment by Dr. Pagan and his team using Invisalign and couldn't be happier with the results. He is so thorough and attentive. His team is beyond competent and so friendly. It was an all around amazing experience and I would recommend him to people of all ages!

I have known Dr Justin Pagan for over two years. His personality is well mannered, friendly, and professional. When ever I go for a visit we discuss like a family. I got braces about ten years ago as an adult. The office inherited me from the retiring orthodontist. I got the braces to adjust my uncomfortable bite. When everything was in place my bite was perfect and I felt much better. Over the years, however, with stress and teeth grinding my bite shifted some. Dr. Pagan continues to treat me, making new night guards, checking the alignment, and doing everything he can to readjust things. Even if I call three years after the last visit he works me into the schedule. The doctor is professional, kind, and a very good orthodontist. His staff is a reflection of his high standards. I recommend him highly.

I had a consult with Dr Pagan last week and I have to say I am incredibly impressed with his professionalism, kindness and intelligence. What I noticed first, is that he just wanted to have a conversation with me about what my goals were and he communicated all of the treatment options extremely well. I could tell he really wanted to find a treatment option that work best for me and wasn't simply going to line his pocketbook. He's very easy-going and laid-back - I felt like I was talking to a friend. I drove up to see him from Magnolia and he is 100% worth a drive - if you need any orthodontic work I highly recommend going to see him !

Great experience, very happy with my teeth. We went to another orthodontist and this one when we were deciding where to go and the other place wanted to put braces on me. Dr.Pagan did Invisalign and did it cheaper than the other place did braces. Very happy!

If anyone is looking for an orthodontist that is trustworthy, compassionate and fun, Dr. Pagan is it!! I walked into their office unsure of what I was getting myself into.. Growing up I was always told that my teeth looked good and that there was no need for braces but as I got older I found myself being slightly self conscious of my smile. From an outsiders perspective everything looked "good enough". Long story short, as someone who is 30+ years old I was a little uncomfortable with the thought of braces but soon as I walk in to their office I felt so welcomed and no judgement! After meeting with Dr. Pagan I had total confidence in him and his team. A little over a year later, my braces are off and my smile is perfect! I have received overwhelming feedback from the people closes to me. The process was smooth and went by so fast. My favorite part was during my last check up Dr. Pagan told me to never be afraid to reach out if something comes up, just because my braces are off doesn't mean our relationship is done too.. WOW! Thank you Dr. Pagan and Team!!
