Made a short notice appointment for tooth pain with excellent service and was able to squeeze in the next morning. The pain came out of nowhere in middle of the night so I figured a filling fell out. At the appointment X-rays were taken and discovered it was an abscess below one tooth. Discussed alternatives in how to resolve the pain and I went with pulling two teeth together. Quick, painless and very professional. Highly recommend Dr. Jergensen and staff as your family's dental care team!

Everything else is 5 stars except this receptionist who is around her late 50's. I feel very discomforted by her tone of voice. Everytime I talk to her, she seem to have some kind of grudge against the whole world.

One stop shop!! I came in for a cleaning but I told them how unhappy I was with my permanent retainer so they just removed it and took a mold of my teeth and I had a new retainer the very next day!! Very helpful and friendly staff. So glad I found them and they didn't try to sell me on invisilign or braces like standard orthodontist offices do. Dr. Jorgensen is very knowledgeable and talked me through all my options. Highly recommend!

Always a great experience even though I don't particularly like going to the dentist...like most people! Dr. Jergensen and his staff are always warm and welcoming. They all make you feel comfortable and try hard to relieve any anxiety and stress you may have.

I find the staff to be friendly and polite. They all make you feel appreciated as a customer. All the services you need are explained concisely as well as the cost. I would recommend to anyone that need dental services. Today I was pleasantly served by Linda, Elka(sp) and Dr Justin Jergenson.

This is the best dentist office in the Bay Area. Everyone there is kind, friendly, professional and family oriented. My wife my self have a lot of dental work there and it has always been a great experience, I will continue to go there even if I move out of Fairfield . Is a great place I highly recommended .

Got my wisdom teeth out both times no swelling on either side (the more swelling the more invasive the removal was) people thought I was lying about the removals, and was super nice every time I went in.

Best dentist in the Bay hands down let's argue !! every experience I had here has been wonderful everyone is so friendly and professional, they make you feel right at home their work speaks for itself I recently came in for a emergency extraction i was able to be seen the same day and I was in and out in less than a hour, I highly recommend making this your [NEW] dentist you won't regret it.
