Best Dentist and Hygienist in town. Have been going to Dr Hick for over 9 years and had nothing but positive experience with him and his staff. Dr. Hicks and has out on three crowns and done with perfection. High recommend

I have been a patient of Dr. Hicks for several years. I will go to no other dentists ever unless it is a referral for work Dr. Hicks is unable to perform. Dental work has always been something I dread; it's a fear, a phobia, I really HATE going to the dentist. Dr. Hicks is the only dentist I have ever gone to that I do not feel the needle. While there is nothing I can do about the sound of the drills, he always asks if I am doing ok as I am white-knuckling it through a procedure-the sound of those drills just strikes a "fear" cord in me. Him and his staff took extra care to be sure my "fear" was managed for the first year that I went to him. He has been great with my kids, he has worked with me on insurance, on payments for procedures on a plan towards better dental health. I am glad he is young as that means he may well be around a long time! I recommend and will continue to recommend him to anyone who asks.

Dr.Hicks is very honest and let's you know what things need to be completed first in your treatment plan. He does not push you into a treatment. His office staff is all so very nice.

Dr. Hicks has very poor "bed side" manner, judgmental staff, and behaves in a disrespectful manner. I would most definitely keep looking when in need of a provider. He certainly is not the only PC who provides to medicaid patients; respect yourself and make a different choice when choosing a provider.

I really appreciate Dr Hicks and his sincere compassion for his patients. I enjoy Marcia at the front desk and the atmosphere of the office at Heritage Dental!

I've been a patient of Dr. Hicks for approximately 2 years. He operates in a very professional straightforward no-nonsense manner and genuinely cares about the complete care of my teeth and gums. Upon my first visit, he presented a precise plan to fix some concerning gum issues first, then only after that, begin repairing years of deficient dental work. I respect the fact he, and his staff, are serious about proper oral hygiene, and strive to perform superior straight-to-the-issue dental care.

We have gone to Heritage Dental for the past 6 years. Dr. Hicks and his staff are so thorough, patient, and professional. My children have always left each appointment happy and with a sparkling smile.

Going to the dentist has never been an easy thing for me to do. From the moment I walked into the office I was warmly greeted by Marsha with her beautiful smile and professionalism. Dr. Hicks is very professional and compassionate. He asked me what my concerns were and he listened to me. When the exam was over we visited about my options. I felt like I was an active part in my healthcare. Robin their hygienist made me feel comfortable right from the get go. I have to say this was the easiest and most comfortable cleaning I've ever had. Thank you Dr. Hicks, Marsha and Robin. Because of you all my experience at Heritage Dental was great. I will definitely be back!
