I've been a patient at Justa Farm for 20 years. Dr. Fischman was excellent, and I was sorry to see him go, but he has placed his practice in excellent hands with Dr. Alex. Very highly recommended.

Avoid at all cost - Alexander Cauterucci - is an liar, arrogant, dishonest and selfish, he does not have respect for ordinary people. If you look at the reviews he got after purchasing this place you can realize what kind of person it is and what business is he running.

I was so excited when Dr. Alex started his new practice! I followed him from Chestnut Hill Dental because he was very thorough and personable! His new office is lovely, and the staff are also amazing! Kelly at the front desk has always listened with care and worked to find me an appointment in a timely manner! Dr. Alex takes the time to listen to his patient's dental concerns and help them make a plan that works for them. When our five year old daughter fell and knocked her front tooth out the day after Christmas, I contacted the office in a frenzy. They calmed my nerves and gave us an appointment immediately! Our daughter was very nervous, but the entire office made her feel like a rockstar! If you are looking for a friendly, fair, compassionate dentist, this is the practice!

Since Dr. Fishman sold this business to the new owners it's gone way down hill from the doctors to the office staff. While I had a bad experience with the office manager multiple times. She talks over you, hangs up on people (3 times) just very unprofessional. For the doctors, I've been getting some cosmetic work done and now going to a new ORTHODONTIST. I'm seeing where they have done shotty work on my teeth. I'm hoping the new doc can fix this as it is in the front of my mouth. BEWARE OF "Ortho" work please find an actual orthodontist if you are looking for braces or any other service that would fall under an actual orthodontist.

We transferred responsibility for our dental care to JustaFarm because of our admiration for Alex Cauterucci's excellent and caring work. Everyone from the reception staff to the hygienists and even those passing in the hallway is welcoming , friendly and skilled at their work. My husband is handicapped and increasingly unable to speak coherently, so we really appreciate everyone's patience and kindness .The only negative point is in finding our way to the office, but we're beginning to get the hang of it!

Dr. Carly Dominica did great work on my nerve-dead front tooth last year. I visited 2 other dentists who told me to extract the dead tooth and get an implant, or to veneer it. Dr. Dominica was able to keep my real tooth and internally bleach it such that my smile is back. I highly recommend Dr. Carly and the staff at Justa Farm Dental. No wait ever which I also very much appreciate.

Don't be fooled! This once-fabulous dental practice was sold and they kept the name!!! It is absolutely nothing similar to what the practice used to be. Beware of being up-sold and over charged. I wholeheartedly concur with the other 1-2 star reviews I've read on Google. Both of my parents and I feel saddened to feel forced find another practice, after decades of our loyalty, but this front desk are, like, money-hungry, now, and they were certainly cruel to me, personally, more than once, and unapologetic, to boot. 1-star is generous; I definitely do NOT recommend.
