Despite amazing reviews, we came into our initial visit slightly skeptical due to more than one dreadful experience with our previously used dental office. However, this team made lifers of us after one visit! The office is welcoming and comfortable, and each staff member we interacted with was fantastic (especially the hygienist, Casey, who was beyond phenomenal)! Honestly, I have never been more impressed, and they (in one visit) proved to be incomparable!

Mike is an amazing Dentist. Have used Jim since my daughter got her first teeth. She's 12 now and he keeps her teeth beautiful!

I cannot rave about this place enough. Fabulous, kind, courteous, professional staff in a beautifully clean office. Our son was so comfortable for his first appointment. Miss Kay was wonderful with him and Dr Christine answered all of our questions making us all feel confident. I highly recommend.

Love this dentist office! Everyone is wonderful and patient with my four year old son, and everyone is very nice and friendly to me as well. Overall a great experience! So glad I decided to bring him here! Wish they did adults too lol!

I highly recommend Just For Kids Pediatric Dentistry! All staff was great and made my daughter and I both feel comfortable the entire visit! I couldn't imagine taking her anywhere else :)

My son has been to the Windham office 3 times in the last few months and had never been to a dentist prior to that. He has actually asked when he is going back, so I'd say that says more than I ever could. The prize board doesn't hurt either!

The staff were patient, thorough, and very accommodating to the needs of the child. We appreciate the efficiency of the office and the process as well. We highly recommend this practice for parents and children, hands down, they know what they're doing!!

I made an appointment for my oldest son at Just for Kids' Scarborough location. We live quite far from there, so we left with extra time to try to ensure an arrival on time. Unfortunately, we had to stop to care for my infant, four months old at the time. As a result, we were twenty minutes late to the appointment and we were told we could not be seen. I was told to call back to reschedule. When I did so, I was informed my entire family was blacklisted from ever returning to the Just for Kids establishments because we had been late. This has been a devastating blow to our family because their Windham location is the closest location we know of to receive dental treatment for my children. I have made several phone calls, pleading with them to please not punish our family for being late one time. I implored them recently by email to please reconsider their position of blacklisting our family because I discovered another one of my children needs treatment. I was informed in no uncertain terms that the dentists' time is valuable. The woman who returned my email stated that she has to leave extra early for herself and her children and even though she may be an hour early and "at least I know I'm being respectful to everyone's time." I am incredible respectful of the dentist's valuable time, I apologized profusely, and to insinuate that I am not and for me to be treated in this manner is humiliating and very disrespectful to me and my family. I also had been completely unaware of this policy when the appointment was made because I had received a referral. I have mentioned this incident with several dentists and/or offices that I have called and nearly all have been very surprised and apologetic that this has occurred. While I am fairly certain their dentists are well trained and well equipped to handle children, I cannot recommend Just for Kids to anyone due to the lack of empathy I and my family have been subjected to, and if their policy is this inflexible I would advise caution before considering them.

They are great with our little ones. ( 1.5 and 4 year olds). I highly recommend this office for young children.

As a parent, we often worry about how comfortable our children will be when experiencing new medical (dental) procedures. Not only was he calm during the appointment, he decided to grill the dentist and dental assistant on what every single visible tool was...and they kept him calm AND answered all the questions. I cannot recommend this office enough! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by friendly faces, and congratulated for getting through the appointment with a prize! 10/10 would recommend! Thanks so much, Just for Kids! It means so much as a mom to know you have thought of it all when it comes to children of all needs to be comfortable!

My son always gets worried about going to the dentist no matter the amount of reassuring we do. But the employee's at just for kids in Windham do whatever they can to help ease his anxiety. I'm glad we made the switch to a dentist that handled just children.

Absolutely the only place I would bring my kiddos! After a large move and then Covid, we fell behind in getting our kids seen. The staff here is incredible, every single person we have met so far. From reception getting us in right away for cleanings and check ups (four kids, so not an easy as it sounds) while being so positive and welcoming, to each hygienist, who are always smiling, incredibly patient & very personable. Dr. Lawson is very calm and clear and takes time with each patient (&mom) to answer questions or explain plans. My children range from little to teen and from chill to anxiety when it comes to the dentist, but each appointment has gone so easy, with no complaints & even the youngest asking to go back to say hi and watch a movie with them lol. 10/10 would recommend to any family, especially families with younger children or nervous children.

Well since Walker can't give a review just yet since he is almost 2 years old, I'll give one for him. He seems like the dentist. You are fast, efficient and to the point. He does enjoy the fact that he got to see an excavator outside during his visit.
