As a pediatric dentist, Dr. Scott has had specialized training after completing dental school, and is dedicated to the oral health of children from infancy through the teenage years. Along with our staff, Dr. Scott provides specialized care to children of all ages, who need different approaches to dealing with behavior, guiding dental growth and development, and helping avoid future dental problems.
Dr. Liny John is a Board-Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry Dr. Liny completed her Bachelors in Dental Surgery from India. She completed a dual-degree program with a Masters in Public Health focusing on Health Promotion and Disease Prevention and with a Certificate in Dental Public Health Residency at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. She then completed her second Masters and residency training in Pediatric Dentistry at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, Newark, New Jersey. She has extensive training in treating patients under nitrous oxide, oral conscious sedation, IV sedation, and general anesthesia., along with a member of the North Texas Dental Society, Texas Dental Association, American Dental Association, and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Scott has practiced dentistry in the Dallas area for over 20 years. As a graduate of Ursinus College and Temple University School of Dentistry, he has received advanced degrees in Biology as well as Dental Medicine.
Dr. Nguyen attended The University of Texas at Austin where he majored in Human Biology. He then went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Baylor College of Dentistry. Dr. Nguyen chose to study dentistry because of his own experiences growing up and those experiences continue to drive his passion for dentistry today. He likes practicing orthodontics because he can make a huge impact on someones life and enjoys seeing his patients progression of improved self-esteem.
In his spare time, he enjoys working out, traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends. You will also find Dr. Nguyen cheering on the Dallas Mavericks and the Dallas Cowboys.
Today, Dr. Scott is a member of the McKinney Chamber of Commerce and is currently a Board Member for the Historic Preservation Commission in McKinney. He is active in numerous dental organizations including the Texas Association of Pediatric Dentistry, the Southwest Society of Pediatric Dentists, and the American Association of Pediatric Dentistry. In 2008 Dr. Scott completed extensive studies and examinations to become a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist.

Wonderful first time experience with my 4 year old who's not a fan of doctors offices in general much less a dentist . I Would highly recommend this practice! Wonderful office, staff, and the Doctor! He may be one of the kindest pediatric drs. we've ever used! But his staff was equally as friendly and kind.....everyone was profession, patient and on time!! Which I feel like is hard to find now days. My kiddo would give a 10 if he could. We definitely found our dentist!

Dr. Preece at "Just for Kids Dentistry" is the best pediatric dentist we have been to hands down. He is incredibly gentle and puts the kids at ease. My kids love going to his office. His staff is very friendly and always willing to accommodate our schedule.

Such a great pediatric dentist! I highly recommend, they are always patient and kind with my daughter. They actually explain what is going on with your kiddos teeth and don't just say on you need to schedule this and that and come back.

I took my 6 year old daughter for her first dental visit, and she was extremely nervous going in. By the time we left, she enthusiastically said, "I want to come to the dentist again! I like it!" She can hardly wait until her next appointment in 6 months! Thank you to all of the kind staff members for making this such an enjoyable experience for her!

The staff here is friendly and personable. I appreciated being seen promptly at our appointment time. We met with Dr.Precco after my daughter's cleaning and he too was super friendly, personable, and put my daughter at ease. No tears, all smiles.

The staff are very friendly and the appointments run on time. Dr. Liny is very personable, welcoming, and knowledgeable. My toddler and I have had a wonderful experience with each of her visits and we couldn't recommend this dental office enough.
