This man goes above and beyond I've had problems with other dentist and this doctor does tremendous work and is a Very GOOD MAN and helps everyone Love him and God bless him

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. The receptionist is rude & the doctor discriminates against people with Medicaid. I was originally scheduled for a fill Sept. 2021. It kept getting pushed back due to health issues with the doctor. I was understanding the first 3-4 times but then it just got ridiculous. I finally was able to go in & pick up a piece of equipment I was waiting on & was told I could pick up my dental records. Called today to get them & was told it's ILLEGAL to give my records??? This place is trash & so are the people working there.

Dr. Hartell is an incredible dentist. He and his staff helps you when going into the different procedures. They have now a beautiful dog called "Penny", she's sweet and while having the surgery she helps keeps the pain away. The doctor have great music and and the confidence to make you feel good about. The doctor and the whole staff is awesome. Thanks to all!!!

Originally, I went to the dentist for just a simple procedure of getting two fill ins. In reality, I believe I only got one. They got my wisdom tooth pulled unexpectedly. I signed no papers either. After they had filled-in my tooth the dentist looks at me, he states, "Oh, you know that we are going to have to do your wisdom tooth soon," to which I state 'I know' believing that I will be doing this procedure in another appointment. Nope, it turns out it was going to be during the visit because then he came over and stated, "Well, I believe we will do it today," and after being in pain a while I state "sure I guess we can" then the nurse looks at me to make sure I didn't have school or work and I stated that I didn't have class till 4:30 so I should be okay. Then the dentist sticks me with a needle and waited, yet when he started to rip it out it was painful, and I squirmed in pain and he asked if it hurt and that I would only feel pressure to which I replied "it hurts" and he gave me another needle, then yanked out my tooth. It kind of hurt, but being numb, I was a little okay. In his facility, he even had his dog, which lay on me the entire time as I was scared to death. I left with one fill-in, a wisdom tooth ripped out of my jaw, and only Instruction kit, gauze, an alcohol pad?, and two packs of Antecetemetiphen. Like....is this malpractice???

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place!! Best dentist and staff!! Always CLEAN, kind, courteous, and thorough and Penny the fur baby is the best too, I love her!!

I went there and then they never called me to remind me if a visit u missed it and is charging me a miss appointment than I called to straight it out and pay then they said I missed a second appointment now if I missed appointment how would I have missed a second appointment now there trying to charge me for two appointments can anyone explain how I new about the second one I missed if I never got a courtesy call and miss a second one come on guys this place is rude

He did all this dental work while I was pregnant and said insurance would cover all but $30. I have a bill for $150 setting in collections because I haven't had the money or time because of dealing with my daughters birth defects and delayed development that her doctor said was caused by the medications he gave me that he assured me was safe during pregnancy. Besides that my pain after having my teeth extracted by him was like no pain I've ever felt in my life!

Great place and Great people. the dentist always looks out what best for his patience. He fixed both of my problem easy now no more toothace or anything. He would even sometime squeeze you in if your having issues.

Hi I just wanted to share my experience with everyone. This dentist office is great. I hadn't been to the dentist in a while and was very nervous about going. When I got there the dentist came out and spoke to me he could tell I was nervous. He took me back and explained everything and let me calm down before going any further, which I thought was great. I am finally in a place I wasn't before to go get this taken care of and to take care of myself. I just wanted to say thank you and it really meant alot to me, you taking the time to explain and not judging me. Your office and staff are amazing.

Dr. Hartel is hands down the best dentist i have EVER been to. You can tell he has a passion for people, his community, and his lifes work. His staff is close behind him - CLEAN, courteous, ALWAYS smiling i absolutely adore this place my forever dentist

Dr. Hartel has helped my 91 year old mother for several years now. He does the least invasive procedure and is so concerned for her Dental health. We are so appreciative of his skills and his diligence in making things work for her! He's so caring and patient. Love him!

I avoided the dentist for over two decades because I had anxiety about it. This place changed that for me. I saw a story in their reviews of similar to me, hadn't been to the dentist in forever. Everyone here is awesome. So kind and professional.

Dr. Hartel and his ENTIRE staff, including the receptionist, are the sweetest people I've ever encountered in a dental setting. I haven't had dental insurance in several years and my teeth were getting extremely bad. And I have horrible anxiety about them and the dentist. Not once has anyone here made me feel bad because of the shape of them. I have felt welcomed each time. We have a treatment plan that I'm very pleased with. They are gentle and Dr. Hartel explains everything before and as he is doing it. And will make you laugh too. Highly, highly recommend this office.
