I really like the dentist here, he's very nice. I've never had any issues until yesterday and that's why I'm giving 2 stars. My 5 year old gets very very nervous at the doctor/dentist and he was saying he was scared and beginning to cry & one of the hygienists asked me "is he on the spectrum?" I really did not appreciate that. The same lady also greeted my 8 year old with a "are you here for a haircut or the dentist?" Which I thought was not funny at all and very unprofessional..Not sure I'll be coming back after that experience.

I took my 3&6 year old to the dentist for the first time yesterday and let me tell you I was NOT disappointed! The staff was amazing and Michelle was so informative and sweet. I'll be recommending this place to everyone

They are absolutely the best. They care for your children like they are their own. I was very scared for my daughter to go under today, but they walked me through everything and let me stay with her till she fell asleep. And I was brought back right before she woke up. I would highly recommend this place for your child's dental work. Your can trust them with your child. Hope this review helps others from my experience!!!

I am a single mother of 2 girls under age 3. I drove 30 minutes to get here and was denied because I arrived 3 min past the grace period timeframe. 3 minutes. I was kind, I asked for an exception this once and was denied - I asked to speak with someone else, only to find out I was speaking with the office manager already. My daughter was so excited about this appt as this was her very first dentist appt. These people lack latent humanity. Wish I could be put zero stars.

We were referred here because my daughter is terrified of needles and wasn't taking well to the laughing gas. These guys are awesome. They are thorough, personal and here to help. Our hygienist was AMAZING. She gave me great information WITHOUT making me feel like a bad parent. She gave me tools to help and information to help me be better. The whole team was amazing and clean. Thank you guys. We're switching to them as our regular dentist.

This place sucks. No need to make an appointment. We waited an hour and no one came to say hey we are running late or nothing.

If I could give them a negative number I honestly would. this is the most money hungry dental office I have ever been to and its so horrifying to know they choose that over the safety of their patients. they risked my Childs life and tried to BLAME ME for it. we went to their Chester location and that dr gave me a treatment plan of 2 crowns and some simple fillings but my daughter is a little scared so she suggested general anesthesia. she said the Midlothian practice is the one who does that so she asked me to set up an appointment with them... which I did. I set up her appointment and I asked if they needed a pre op since she was being put to sleep and they said no not necessary. first red flag. our appointment date comes and we get there everything is good and they put her under. they say lets take some x-rays and come up with a game plan to which I agree. the dental assistant comes out and says she's getting EIGHT CROWNS!! I'm sorry WHAT!? I said that's not what we had discussed or anywhere close to it! I ask if we can do the treatment plan the other dr had said and they say no. she's not a pediatric dentist and this dr is. again I'm sorry what!? she works at a pediatric office and her word isn't valid? then she says the dr there will only do the 8 crowns and nothing less. either I agree or they wake her up. they tried to bully me into doing it knowing my daughter was already under. SHES SIX YEARS OLD just to add to the severity of the situation. I decline and from that point on I was treated like I was nothing to them. not even a patient. they woke her up and she was crying visibly upset and scared and as I was trying to comfort her the anesthesiologist said "next time your risk your Childs life make sure you do the work". I lost it. I agree I got ugly but what an inappropriate comment. DONT TAKE YOUR BABIES TO THIS DISGUSTING PLACE! I never ONCE saw the dr. and they observed her for 15min tops. i asked if she was really ok to leave and he responded with you're more than welcome to stay for 3hrs if you'd feel more comfortable. i put my baby in the van and the nurse was trying to calm me down when she looked at her and said take her to get something to eat she looks pale. THEN WHY IS SHE BEING DISCHARGED IF SHE DOESNT LOOK OK TO YOU!!!???? I prayed that whole day that she would be ok and thank god she is. I went and got a second opinion and the 8 crowns were completely unecessary. They also wouldn't send their x-rays to the new practice.

This office is amazing with kids, all of them does an excellent job but Ms. Michelle puts the icing on the cake the way she communicates with the kids and make them feel comfortable. My daughter had sealants done today, she was scared, Ms. Michelle held her hand & was able to calm her down. (THANK YOU) she is such a great asset to Just4kids, my family loves her & the other associates....Great Team.

My daughter gets really anxious about dental visits. Dr. Burke & his staff were so wonderful with her. She absolutely loved him & Michele. She walked out with a big smile on her face!

Not even worth 1 star for real but Just for Kids is Too unorganized for me. They kept rescheduling my kids' appts and the dentists do NOT even communicate with you after the procedures. My son had a consultation about getting braces and they totally forgot about the appt. Then my daughter was scheduled for a cleaning back in April, (I called to schedule the appt on APRIL 2ND and she had an appt April 28th) but somehow they "forgot" or just never scheduled her for the appt because she surely wasn't on the schedule when we arrived there (April 28th) so they rescheduled her appt for May. May 12th comes around and they gave me a bs excuse about why she couldn't have a cleaning. So I made the new appt for June 24th and guess what?? I received a text from them last Tuesday (June 14th) and they had the audacity to ask me can she be rescheduled for July .. because the anesthesiologist had an urgent emergency. 10 days before her cleaning !! 3 months worth of scheduling and she HAS YET TO BE SEEN !! I'm soooo over these people. So yeah, my kids won't be going there again because I'm sick and tired of the run around. New dentistry it is !!

I had a horrible experience in "Just 4 Kids Pediatric Dentistry and Sedation VA" Don't come here guy's if you don't want your kids to be sedated because they will call the Social Services and report you! Aside that the dental hygienist that was assigned to my son is rude. Their Dentist didn't even bother to talk to me or explain things. I told them that I don't want my son to be sedated because he just had a surgery and I don't want him to have another anesthesia within the same year. I'm not an expert and I'm not a Doctor but as a Mother I guess I have the right if I'm not comfortable that my son will have another anesthesia within the same year. Once I sat down inside the dental hygienist is angry and being rude to me and don't want to hear my reasons because "we already have this conversation before" that's what she told me and I ask her if they can fix some of his cavities in other ways like while he's awake but she is angry to me and didn't explain thing's well and even refused to clean my son's teeth because "it doesn't make sense because he has cavities"! I would have cooperate to them if they are being nice to me and explain things well. Especially that their Dentist didn't even talk or say a word to me. I'm so disappointed how they handle thing's and if only I can give zero star!!!!

If you value your time or your child's dental health, don't waste your time here. Appointments are 2 months out and then they cancel and make you wait another 2 months. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

If you wish to go with your child back to the exam, dont bother going. I was called today on my lunch break by their office manager who knows I go back with my kids, one of which is disabled and has childhood alzheimers. She said their policy has changed and now no one can go back with the child. I find this unacceptable. She continued and said if I wasnt ok with this to go ahead and find another dentist. When I continued with my reasons she said I had trust issues. Every parents' first right and duty is to protect their child. I found multiple studies showing the benefits of having parents with their child during medical procedures. To separate the pediatric patient from their parent (and it's not even an operating room procedure or anesthesia) is archaic and draconian. And it's just plain fishy.
