This place is amazing all around! From the front desk to the dental assistant to the dentist! Everyone here is amazing and made my child's first dentist appointment a great experience. If you're looking for a great dentist in town to take your children to this is it. Dr. Dicarlo is amazing at what he does.

The actual dentist and ladies that do the X-rays/cleanings are so sweet and professional. My problem was with the lady that does the scheduling for procedures. My daughter had a check up I was told she had 3 cavities. The lady at the front desk who is also really sweet told me they would call me to schedule to get them fixed. About a week later my son had a check up I let it be known that I never received a call the lady told me they tried but couldn't get thru so I told them my phone service sucked after that storm and that's probably why. I was told they would call me again to schedule...nothing never got another call so I called them. The lady that schedules the procedures (I can't remember her name) answered and told me that they only try to call once for scheduling after that it's up to the parents to call okay that's fine but it would have been nice to been told that at my sons appt. but whatever. She then says the doctor RECOMMENDS my daughter be sedated I asked if they can do it without because she's had work done before and has never had to be sedated with the drink. She did a little "huh she's 4 and needs a lot of work done so a sedation would be necessary." But it's not necessary because she's never had to sedated before. She then says it's going to be almost $2800.00 for 3 fillings?! Because we don't have insurance they can't do payments. My daughter has had fillings done before without having insurance and it's never been more than like $250 for a tooth. Something doesn't seem right there. We will be shopping around. I will drive my kids to Vegas before I take them back there.

The staff is great once you are there but good luck getting in. They never answer my calls to schedule an appointment. My daughters filling came out and they have not returned any of my calls.

After having a nightmare emergency situation happen in another local dentist, I rushed over to just for kids dentistry, and the girls were very compassionate and eager to help. Jocelyn Got my daughter in to see the dentist within just a few minutes. The dentist was genuinely caring and looked out for the good of my daughter.

Corrupt business. Do not go here! These liars said my daughter had 8 cavities. I knew they were lying just to bill my insurance. Got a 2nd opinion and guess what? Only one cavity! This corrupt just for kids dentist has bought out every other kids dentistry in the area and think they have it monopolized. Shame on you scum bags!

I would like to start off by saying that the staff and Dentist were extremely professional and polite. The issue occurred due to the Explanation of Benefits. Prior to the service, I had asked a few questions to ensure my out pocket responsibility. Once the explanation of benefits was received, the practice billed me for every single procedure code that was not paid at 100%. I was blindsided! These were the questions that I had asked prior to the service. Not to mention, benefit details should be explained to all patients regardless if they ask. When I questioned the billing department, they were extremely rude, not apologetic, and all they cared was to collect every cent that my insurance didn't reimburse. Which was more then the cash price. I even asked if the billing department had a certification or a degree because these are simple questions I asked prior. I was delivered a certified letter a couple days later saying our views do not align and they will no longer see my son. I would highly recommend seeking service from another practice, until they get a qualified individual who can properly explain covered services, benefit details, and in network coverage versus out of network coverage.

I have a child who is hearing impaired and he Just loves the staff there.they are so kind and gentle towards hin.which makes him love going there and makes me feel at ease that they are very professional .
