The other key element of a dental implant is the porcelain crown. This is designed specifically for each patient based on their requirements and attaches to the post using a connector called an abutment. Creating a bespoke crown ensures that the restoration looks and feels like a natural tooth. If youre getting a bridge or denture, this will be custom designed and manufactured, then attached to the implant posts.
Since receiving dental implant posts is a surgical procedure, you will receive a local anesthetic beforehand. Once youre numb, we will drill a hole through the gum tissue and into the bone where the post will be placed. You will be given specific advice to follow regarding taking care of your mouth and implants while you heal.

Jupiter Dentistry is like going for a walk in central dental park on a spring day. Immediately when I walked in Brandy & Tiffany are welcoming me with a smile & diligently assisting me with all paperwork. Tiffany is informing me step-by-step with financing so no surprises are met. There is barely a wait time. Dr. Wyatt & Oksana are a great team together! They immediately get to work the moment I sit in the chair. They explain everything that they're working on & what needs to be done to keep my oral health at its best. I have gotten a root canal, filling and maintenance cleaning done in a breeze. I experience no pain, they always want to make sure I'm comfortable & the procedures goes by swiftly. Any issues that have come up after I left, the dental crew has made sure that I'm a priority & has taken care of my needs right away. I came from another local dentistry (Sage) that took complete advantage of me, surprise charges, gave me the run around with a tiring and painful experience. I Highly recommend Dr J Wyatt and her team members Kayla and Morgan at Jupiter Dentistry. I had broken a crown molar and my former local dentist was not available for several more days. Even as a walk in, Kayla was able to fit me into Dr Wyatt's schedule in short order. They all are extremely professional, proficient and concerned for your comfort. I'm very happy I had the good fortune to choose this practice. Also,( 9/8/22 ) I've now had multiple cleanings by dental hygienist Wendy. Very thorough with patient comfort at forefront. Highly recommend this practice.

I came to Jupiter Dentistry at first for veneers which turned out great! I get a lot of compliments:). As a new patient, I also had a couple of other issues that needed to be addressed which included a new implant crown and new tooth crown that were incorrectly done from a previous dentist out of state. Not only have these issues been addressed and resolved, I like Dr Wyatt's minimalist approach. Her expertise in cosmetic dentistry is unmatched and her knowledge base is very impressive. As someone with a holistic mindset, I can appreciate doing what best for the patient with the long term picture in mind. I highly recommend Jupiter Dentistry for all of your dental needs - from cosmetic to implants.

I'm on my dental journey /makeover & we all know that for some of us it's beyond just a "good cleaning once a year" ..it's intimate.. I need a lot to get me to where I need to be/want to be and I'm able to explain what it is I need and what I WANT and I cannot compliment enough about Dr. Wyatt, her care, knowledge and guidance about doing what is needed and prepping me for where I WANT to be ultimately. When I look in the mirror I know what I want and Dr. Wyatt is going to slay me with a healthy crisp smile. I started with her at PGA and followed her to Jupiter. Beyond Dr. Wyatt is her staff and they are amazing. Each of them individually, for me especially, Tiffany. She's a powerful omen of fierce good luck all on her own. They make you comfortable, they hear what you have to say and they put a plan together... I have a few phases and I'm high key insecure about it however, once I'm on the flip side of this journey I'll post the before and afters. if you need a Doctor /Dental office to commit to.. routine cleanings or a complete transformation! this is the commitment worth making if you care about who's in your mouth & how they're going to care for you long term.
