Dr. Max was rude, dismissive and was rushing throughout my visit which has led to an improper filling. The procedure is supposed to be simple and pain free and I was incredibly uncomfortable throughout the experience. As if the actual visit wasn't nightmarish enough, she did not polish my tooth after the filling and left it sharp and jagged. I came into the visit without any pain and left with severe discomfort, pain and need to go to another dentist to fix the filling. This is the last time i will be going here and I would recommend everyone else to look for another dentist to take care of your teeth.

Awful service. My husband went to get a filling done. Until now he is still having pain on the area that was worked on. Went back to get it checked all he was told is that since that area was worked on he was experiencing some discomfort but it was gonna go away. We are almost 3 weeks in and he can't even eat any hot or cold food due to the pain he gets when he bites.

The staff members in the front are helpful but not the women with the curly hair I didn't get a chance to ask for her name. A side from that I waited for 2 hours and 10 min. Just to get the cleaning done which I didn't even get because I had other things to do. The dentist asked if I had pay cash or had insurance I said insurance and the moment I said that she just left and didn't do the cleaning. I guess if you don't pay cash you need to wait more than 3 hours to get the service done. I honestly wouldn't recommend to get your teeth fixed in this dental office. The experience was just not the best. Also if they think you don't understand English they would just call you names thinking you dont understand.

Para colmo meses despues me comienzan a llamar para que haga otra cita de chequeo y le explico amablemente a la senorita que no deseo otra cita, luego de varios dias otra y otra llamada para que haga la cita con ellos, finalmente les tuve que decir que no iba a hacerla porque el trato fue pesimo y la "senorita" que debio ser dominicana o puertorriquena por el asento, muy mal educada me comienza a hablar con queminportismo y me cuelga el telefono. Senores! Uno no va ahi de gratis, uno paga un seguro que les paga a ustedes y por cierto muy caro! After looking around for so many years, I have found an amazing office. I went on Tues afternoon. The office was a little busy but because I had an emergency, the doctor saw me right away. I actually understood what Root Canal is. I never knew that it needed something called a post and crown afterward. The doctor explained to me with pictures so I knew what to expect and how much the cost would be. I did get the root canal done and now I am in the process of getting the crown. WOW!!! I am taking my brother in next week. I am VERY PLEASED and for the first time know what is happening in my mouth. For anyone who waits on fillings - do them now- before it turns into a problem. I am glad I found a solution with this nice office. Thank you to all the staff!!!
