This place has done nothing but make it harder for me to get the help that I need. They create more obstacles for those they don't want to treat. I have medical exemption from wearing masks and covid-19 is no worse than flu according to data. Mandates and executive orders aren't laws. A couple months back they insisted I stand outside in glaring sun and took my vitals outside. Today, it's raining so they flat out refused to treat me. Still let me in the lobby though for how "dangerous" I was with such a "deadly" virus. I'm not physically ill and you won't make me pretend to be physically ill with a virus I've tested negative for anyway. Then it was we will text you a code in a place where you have no cell service with an app you won't be able to download/access anyway. First do no harm... Unless Fuhrer Beshear mandates it. I'll take my insurance money to an organization that actually helps people rather than discriminating and othering them.
