Had a much dreaded root canal today! Dr. Jung and his staff were outstanding. From the front desk to the dental assistants to Dr. Jung, everyone and everything went so smoothly. I am terrified of dentists, but I know where I will be if it is necessary for another root canal... Highly recommend, even for the fraidy cats like me!!

I had an appointment at Dr. Jung's office today for a root canal. They were running behind a bit, so the receptionist gave me a courtesy call to let me know I could come a little later to prevent a long wait. Upon arrival, I was greeted with pleasure. All of the friendly staff made this a pleasant and comfortable visit. Even though they were behind, they didn't rush through my process. Everyone in their respective roles took the time to make sure I was informed about the process from beginning to post-op and follow-up. I highly recommend this facility for anyone in need of endodontic treatment.

My mother went to get a root canal done, and she had such a traumatizing experience. She isn't fluent in English, but she does make her needs known. During her procedure, her airway was compromised. She tried her best to alert the Dr. and staff members, but they ignored her pleas and told her to stop moving so they could continue on with the procedure. It got to the point where she was so weak from the lack of breathing she could hardly utter the word "breathe" when she finally got their attention. No apologies or reassurances were made when they realized she couldn't breathe. Their lack of compassion or concern for patient safety is alarming. I don't know how it works, but there needs to be a better way for patients to alert staff members once their breathing is compromised. We will definitely not go to this facility again.

A+ Experience!!! I went to Dr Jung on my insurance company recommendation, after a referral that didn't work with my ins company. I have to say, I've had some bad experiences with dentist in the past so I'm always on high alert, a lot of "appointment farm" style dentist out there. heck to even get to this point, I had a dentist that made an appointment to have xrays to determine if I have to come back to have xrays. But I have to say. DR Jung and his entire operation was completely awesome. From the young lady at the front desk to his assistants to Dr Jung himself. The whole experience was awesome. I had a root canal done, which of course isnt a pleasant experience on its own... hey, its a root canal, no fun at all. But, I think I picked the best place in the city to have such an unpleasant procedure done. It ended up not being an unpleasant experience at all. They were all professional and friendly, a good mix of both... And my tooth no longer hurts. There was a point where I was thinking "I wonder what would happen if I started coughing". and what do you know? I started coughing. and they didn't make me feel silly lol. I was a little embarrassed tho. haha. But yea, Jung Endodontics get a huge thumbs up from me. hope I don't have to get another Root Canal, but if I do, there's no question he will get a call from me again.

Good experience. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Dr. Jung explained everything well. I didn't feel any pain during the procedure. I would recommend this practice to anyone needing a root canal.

Had a root canal today and Dr. Jung and his assistant were very kind and knowledgeable. It's a procedure I've been dreading for YEARS and though I would never want to have another one I highly recommend this office to anyone needing dental work. The procedure was practically painless and Dr. Jung and his team worked very well together.

I created a google account JUST to review this facility. I called Dr. Jung on a Friday (his facility is closed on Fridays) and he called me back on his personal time within two hours. He scheduled me for an appointment the following Monday as early as he had available and started me on antibiotics to ensure I didn't get an infection before he could see me. THEN he called me the day after we spoke for the first time (Saturday) to make sure I was doing okay with pain and antibiotics! From the moment I walked in the office I felt immediately at ease and was not worried about a single thing. His office staff are amazing and some of the most friendly women I've ever met. This place is awesome!

If there is such a thing as a great experience while having a root canal, I had it today. It was so calming to hear Dr. Jung and his assistant interact in such a professional, knowledgable manner. If you have to have a root canal, he's the man! P.S. Disregard whatever L. York said, he/she is a review robot. (Idiot)

Dr. Jung was very impressive in his work and explaining my problem and how he was going to fix it. His staff were among the best customer service that I have seen in a long time. Polite, courteous and respectful is not the norm anymore but I saw that here today in the office of Jung Endodontics.

My family and I have been taken care of by Dr. Jung several times over the last few years. Dr. Jung and his staff place all emphasis on the care of the patient. From the receptionist to all of the staff they are friendly, caring, and professional. He and the staff communicate clearly what is being done from the evaluation of your problem to the treatment and followup. Dr. Jung has been the type of quick, and efficient help that we have needed to take care of emergency and "routine" issues. We will always choose Dr. Jung to take care of our family.

It was easy to schedule an appointment that was convenient for my schedule. Dr Jung took time to explain what he was doing and the results after my procedure. His staff was friendly and accommodating.
