Amazing experience with Dr Timotheose! She's super gentle with kids and provides great service. The office itself is neat and spacious. The assistants speak Spanish and explain everything with patience. The front desk is extremely nice and provide all the information you ask. They work professionally and know what they're doing. Im super satisfied with their professionalism! Will definitely be coming back.

Horrible experience with the the front desk staff, they were rude, not knowledgeable at all, and are not forthcoming with information. Waited 1.5 hours to be seen by the doctor after my scheduled appointment, asked for a detailed receipt of my services but was just told to wait and I never got a receipt or explanation of the services I was paying for. Services seem very expensive compared to other places and you get the feeling from the receptionists that they just want your money. The doctor was fine, and my teeth are clean but I would not recommend.

I have been going to this office since 1996 and have not had a single complaint. Dr Bienehnstock was my dentist for many years until he retired. Sometimes I needed a dentist to cover for him and they were also very professional. I'm still trying to find a regular Dentist since he left, and am having a hard time choosing because they have all done such an excellent job. The receptionists also work very hard and are excellent. When I first started going there Reina was the only receptionist working in the office. Everything always goes nice and smoothly. Reina is always professional and I am put into a better mood before I see the dentist because I can chat with her a little. I will take Junction Dental any day over all these other "fancy" dental offices.

The place is nice very clean and the doctors are nice but as you know receptionist are the ones you have to deal with the most and their ir this old lady with blond hair that sits in the right hand side of the front desk SUPER RUDE she makes me not want to call or visit the place BEFORE HIRING PEOPLE THEY SHOULD MAKE SURE THEY ARE NICE !!!!
