Dr. Kong and his Smile Crew have continued to give me excellent patient care. Dr. Kong is superb with exceptional patient service! I have always received excellent treatment. His upbeat, charming personality and positive energy instantly makes you feel relaxed, knowing I'm in exceptional care. He is remarkable to remember everything about me. Amazing! I appreciated the options given me regarding my dental care. I live on West Santa Cruz and it's well worth the few miles to his office. The Smiling Crew may have all their PPE gear on but one can feel their warm smiles. Thank You!

Dr. Kong is an great man and he is accompanied by excellent staff. He takes the time to get to know you and makes going to the dentist fun. He is thorough and quick all while being gentle. He fixed my two chipped teeth yesterday and it was just a 35 minute appointment. Dr. Kong is an excellent dentist. 10/10 would recommend.

Dr. Kong and his staff are great. I have have been a patient for many years and although the staff has changed some over the years, the service remains very good. Dr. Kong and his staff have always been caring and attentive. The quality of the dental work is great and you can always count on getting great service with a big smile. Thank you Dr. Kong.

Julius Kong is patient, understanding, and gets the job 100% done efficiently. He is the only dentist I've experienced NO PAIN with what so ever when going through a dental procedure ( he took on my case head on: 2 tooth extractions together). His office and staff are very nice. Any little question I had they answered it thoroughly. I finally found my permanent dentist.

Dr.Kong is hands down the best dentist ever, I wouldn't want anyone else to do my teeth but him. He is an amazing person and he genuinely cares about all his patients. I feel very welcomed not only by Dr.Kong but by his amazing staff. What makes Dr.Kong so special from every other dentist is not only his great personality but also his extraordinary work done on his patients. I have never been in pain while Dr.Kong is working on my teeth because he is very gentle and will stop anytime you feel uncomfortable or need a break. Overall my experiences with Dr.Kong has been nothing less than astounding and I finally found my permanent dentist !

I wish I could give more stars this place and the people working here really took care of me with super caring and professional work. I was nervous to try a new office but I had a cracked tooth and needed something done right away. They were able to fit me in the next day after I had called, with also very good rates for someone with no insurance. I had Doctor Kou work on my teeth and he had such a calm caring and straight forward energy. I also got the chance to meet Doctor Kong and he was sweet and helpful made sure I was taken care of. all the hygienists were so sweet and on top of informing me through each step and the ladies at the front desk were amazing as well. I highly recommend this office. As someone that has really sensitive teeth and has seen a handful of dentist this was by far my best experience

Dr Kong and his staff are so welcoming and friendly. I have been with Dr Kong for about 8 years and have never had a bad experience. He makes every effort to make you feel comfortable and talks you through everything. His staff genuinely listens to your response when they ask how you are doing and what's new with you. They don't just ask because it sounds nice. Dr Kong has taken the bad stigma of going to the dentist away and I don't cringe when I know I have an appointment coming up.

I have used Dr. Kong's services for many years until he retired and daughter Brooke took over. Although I love the staff, Dr. Brooke Kondo, I was deeply disappointed they decided to no longer accept my Delta insurance plan. So, looking for a new dentist.

I've been going to Dr. Kong for probably almost ten years now. He and his team are awesome! I've been to a number of different dentists over the years and he's been the absolute best. I work in San Jose now, but I still take a sick day when I need dental work. I won't go anywhere else!
