Had to visit her due to my dentist being on vacation and the visit wasn't that bad it was what happened afterwards. Her receptionist refused to call in anything Julie ordered for me. Four times I called her!!!! She told me she called in my antibiotics four times!!! Four times she lied to me! They never called in my medicine!!!

Hard to find a dentist at this level in this town. I know because I've tried and it took me a long time to land here. Save yourself the hassle, time and mistakes of other dentists. Go here first!

My experience with Dr. Plagens has always been professional, relaxed, and positive. She took me on as a patient years ago when I was in a bad way. Since then every experience has been in the best interest of me, the patient. The staff is wonderful. They are experienced, always smiling and in a good mood, and make my visits a great experience.

Dr. Plagen and her assistant, Jocelyn, are beyond excellent--the best team I've experienced. They were both professional, articulate, and thorough. I was in to get an opinion on work I needed done. It was the end of the calendar year, so I was unable to return for the recommended-work (insurance needed to be used on a certain procedure by the year's end). Despite this, they took the time to explain their recommendations, and what struck me was their in-depth knowledge of dentistry. I have recommended her to my colleagues as we are always fielding questions about whom to use for dentistry (most of us are transplants to the region).

I am a newer client as my dentist of over a decade retired during COVID. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Plagens and her team with routine cleanings as well as procedures. The office is in a very convenient location and the staff is very competent. The communication has been stellar.

I recently became a patient of Dr. Plagens due to an insurance change and the pending retirement of my dentist of 30 years, who highly recommended Dr. Plagens to me. I have found Dr. Plagens and her team to be friendly and professional. She and her assistant did an excellent job replacing an old crown due to underlying decay and I am scheduled for further needed work. I very much appreciate her honesty and expertise.

I always appreciate the office staff. The dental hygienist are always very helpful and gentle. I got a good explanation of my dental care and dental needs. Dr. Plagens provides good care.
