Carin began her career in the dental industry in 2012. She started as an entry level dental assistant and quickly moved up the ranks with her determination to obtain her certifications and licensing. Knowledgeable in all aspects of dentistry, Carin has had the opportunity to work in general dentistry, endodontics, oral surgery and orthodontics. She stays up to date through continuing education, learning about what new information the dental field has to offer.
Some of her most beneficial qualities which make her a stand out dental assistant is to provide the balance between being professional and friendly. Carins role in our office is to not only assist the doctor but to make sure the patient feels comfortable and at ease in the chair. She is able to provide dental education to the patients and explain any of the procedures in a way the patient will be able to understand.
On Carins spare time she enjoys spending every moment with her beautiful daughter. They enjoy family and friends, outdoor activities, movie nights and shopping. Their family loves all forms of performing arts, crafting and fine arts.

I have seen several dentists in my life, but none compare to Dr. Molin. Her patience and attention to my overall health as related to my dental health is phenomenal. She takes the time to listen and truly gets to know you as a person. She is very knowledgeable. Very professional and caring staff. Very nice and clean office. For the first time I don't feel like I am being rushed out so the next person can be seen. Highly recommend Dr. Julie Molin.

A recent transplant from Bergen County, I had used the same dentist for 25+ years. I was quite nervous but my concerns were for naught. The care has been great. Office staff helpful and caring. I highly recommend.

I used to dread going to the dentist as most of you probably do as well. I would cancel appointments just so I didn't have to go but ever since I found Dr. Molin, I have never been happier. Going to the dentist is no big deal now. No more talking myself into it or wearing headphones with LOUD music during a visit. I keep every appointment and I am no longer nervous. She is very sweet, gentle and one of the best. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Hands down THE best dentist you will ever have. She is meticulous, never cuts any corners even if it means extra work for her, makes sure your teeth get the best treatment possible, and her fillings are so flawless you can't even tell where they are. Bonus points for everyone in the office being super warm and friendly. When you're there, you feel like family. No one likes going to the dentist, but I never have any qualms going to see her for anything - even though she's an hour away from where I live. 27264838/10 would recommend. A+++++++++++x

First time here and during COVID. This place is clean, all proper PPE and the staff is polite and acknowledges time restrictions requested by patients (I had to be out of there to make it to work). Dr. Molin was very extensive with my exam, took the time to explain what was going on and quickly came up with a plan for prevention to what could have been worse for me. We also talked about some cosmetic fixes, but her focus was making sure my teeth and gums were healthy and I think that is what sets her apart from the other dentists in this area. I was very comfortable with her and although my next procedure isnt the most favorable in my experiences I'm really excited to go back to see her and the staff. I already wrote a previous review and I'm updating with the fact that this woman did her absolute duty yesterday on 11/11 to fix a tooth that was bothering me for a year! sensitivity on and off broken tooth then broken filling. she worked on it previously and beautifully but i still had some zinging to it went back and addressed it and 2 hours later (we had another filling to do next to it)..That first sip of water after the numbness wore off was magical no pain whats so ever and I'm usually sensitive a few days after fillings Also shout out to Karen, her assistant, for being the best as always I'm just so pleased that I just had to write this review. I don't usually do this but I believe more people need to know about this hidden Red Bank GEM

I've been seeing Dr. Molin since she started her practice in Red Bank. Her staff is pleasant and professional. They all take great care of my teeth. The only downside is the parking lot is small.
