Very unprofessional. First, I called to make an appointment and did not hear back for over a month. Then, Julie finally called me back, at this point I still hadn't made an appointment somewhere else so we scheduled one for 2 weeks out. She then called me day of to move the appointment to the following week (ok things come up, I understood). I went to my appointment the following week and NO ONE was there! I called multiple times, even waited for 15 mins and now two weeks later still haven't heard a thing. Very unprofessional and inconvenient to have to change my work schedule not once but twice, only to have no one to be there.

Every time she took her gloves off she would put the same pair back on inside out instead of getting a new pair. I had zero faith in her cleanliness.

i am in new york recieved a bill thru guardian ins for 145$$ i never went there nd have no insurance fraud!!!!
