We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we treat all patients as if they were family.
We are pleased to discuss our professional fees with you at any time. Your clear understanding of our financial policy is important to our professional relationship. Our financial programs are designed to help make your treatment financially comfortable and to help you begin recommended treatment immediately.
We accept cash, check and most major credit cards. Payments for dental services is expected at the time of services rendered unless otherwise arranged. If you need any financial help our Office Manager is an expert, and she will be glad to help you with any questions or concerns you may have. Please feel free to call or e-mail her at any time.
We will do our best to help coordinate your dental benefits so that you receive the maximum possible reimbursement for the services we have provided you in a timely manner. As a courtesy, our staff will gladly provide you with any necessary forms or submit any paperwork on your behalf to assist you in receiving direct reimbursement by your insurance carrier. Excellent dental care is available with or without dental benefits. We hope you choose the best that dentistry has to offer.

Dr Julie Alter is an amazing dentist. I go there with my kids and there's never a long wait. Her staff and herself always makes us feel welcome and with her it's always a pleasure going to the dentist. Highly recommend her!! Great location, very clean and very friendly staff.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Alter for about 2 years now, and we love her!! Her staff is friendly, she is professional, and her office is clean and quiet. Barbie does a great job on cleanings and Dr Alter takes the time to speak to each patient personally and address any concerns. Another thing I love is that she is conservative when it comes to your mouth. She doesn't push extra dental work on you just to make extra $$$, which sadly, many dentists do these days. I would highly recommend Dr. Alter if you are in the market for a new dentist.

I've been going to Dr. Burch for years. He does a great job and best of all he does what needs to be done rather than some dentists who spend more time looking for ways to increase their revenue than resolving a problem.
