I've been a patient for many years at Juliano Family Dental and have always had an excellent experience. Dr. Juliano and his wonderful staff are professional and personable. They are GREAT at making you feel like a person and not just a patient. Chelsea did a first-class job cleaning and polishing my teeth on my most recent visit. She was highly skilled, a good listener, & offered some great tips on oral care. A big thank you to everyone at Juliano Family Dental. I'll be back!

Going to the dentist is not everyone's favorite thing to do, BUT the staff and atmosphere at Juliano Family Dental eases that anxiety! Everyone in the office is friendly, professional and helpful. Dr. Juliano is personable, kind and knowledgeable. If you're looking for a dentist - highly recommend!

The staff is warm and friendly. I had a cleaning today by Chelsea . She was EXCELLENT! Very thorough and VERY GENTLE .I say she has Angel hands ! I was very relaxed during the whole procedure! Dr Juliano is wonderful !

Had my teeth cleaned. Was into the room within 7 minutes of my appointment. The hygienist that cleaned my teeth, James, was awesome.

I really like the Dr. Juliano and his staff because they are so friendly, and professional. They make it easier for me to understand my insurance. I've never liked going to the dentist but, the staff and Dr. Chris Juliano make it so much easer, they listen and care about my fears. Thank you Teresa S.

From the front door to leaving everyone said hi and were so welcoming and that's really important. They r very knowledgeable about everything, they knew all about my insurance unlike some places and I was able to get my daughter in within a week of becoming a patient. They seen us on time and gave my daughter good advice in a way she would understand. I'm so happy I found a friendly and efficient dentist

Leslie is an excellent dental hygienist! She is very knowledgeable and makes you very comfortable. I have terrible gums and she did an excellent job of cleaning my teeth- pain free!

Friendly, knowledgeable & efficient. No judgements & staff is gentle & attentive to patient needs. Although the place is small, it is very clean & well-kept. Great dental practice!

The Juliano team is VERY comforting and kind. I have some significant phobia's with dental procedure in general. My 40+ yr. personal friend Dentist passed away last year unexpectedly and my wife goes to Dr. Juliano's practice so I became a patient. At every turn they have provided comfort & expert care & eased my anxious transition. Very happy with the entire experience thusfar.

Always a friendly & calming environment, especially with their resident dog Torie, who wanders around freely, helping to emotionally support all the anxiety feelings, that usually is associated with dental appointments! He is a very loving, sweet & gentle, family dog & companion of Dr. Juliano & his dental practice. All Office visits are always efficient, professional & scheduled on time. Kudos for jobs well done to all the staff @ Juliano Family Dental in Webster, NY.

Remember how family run business used to be? Well, this place is that way! Personalized service where they go out of their way to make sure you're taken care of. Receptionist went above and beyond to make sure my insurance company covered my costs. The Dentist never appears rushed even though he's busy. The dental hygienists are all very kind, friendly and thoughtful. My favorite is Kim. She's efficient and thorough but doesn't go fast. She's simply good at her job. And she doesn't talk to me while my mouth is wide open which I love because how am I supposed to make small talk with instruments in my mouth!? And of course I can't forget to mention the adorable little standard poodle, Tori, who leisurely roams around the office. And don't worry- if you don't like dogs it's ok, she'll keep her distance. But she loves a nice ear scratching! We all know going to the dentist isn't considered'fun' but Juliano makes the experience the best it can possibly be.

Dr. Juliano and his staff are awesome. All of them are friendly, and they did a great job when our son was younger at making him feel at ease. He doesn't have any anxiety years later about going to the Dentist because of this. If you're looking for a friendly office, and a doctor that knows what he's doing, try them.
