4pm, you could feel they wanted to go home. Dentist came in with his mask, sat down...I wasn't aware till I turned his way, and when I said hello the robot answered. No "how are you", nothing. The pandemic has changed a lot of people, and here the friendliness...gone! Thought I had found my dentist for life (for my LA months)! Disappointed.

Dr. Chen is a fantastic dentist. He is skilled and trustworthy with a kind heart. I was trying to recommend him to my brother almost a decade ago, but my brother said he already had an amazing dentist, turns out he was going to Dr. Chen through his girlfriend at the time hah. The office is top of the line and his staff are extremely friendly and knowledgable.

Dr. Chen is a fantastic dentist! He is so kind, gentle, and trustworthy. He explains everything in a way which is easy to understand. When a small crack developed in one of my molars, he carefully explained my options and the pros and cons of each. I've never feel like he is trying to sell me something or push an unnecessary treatment on me. I feel so comfortable going to my dental appointments with him. I know I'm in good hands. His office staff is great too.

Dr. Chen is a fantastic dentist! He is so kind, gentle, and trustworthy. He explains everything in a way which is easy to understand. I've been going to Dr. Chen about 5 years now, since moving to Santa Monica, and have had nothing but good experiences. The hygienists are thorough, his advice is good, and they are often able to find openings in their schedule that work well for me. After difficulty scheduling with my kids' pediatric dentist, I moved my kids over to Dr. Chen and they made our kids feel right at home.

Absolutely amazing work. I had 3 fillings done at once in about hour and half time total. Team is amazing, Dr. Chen is very gentle, very precise, I felt no discomfort or pain at any point (considering I hate dental work like most people do). I would absolutely love to go back and get more work done when needed.

Dr. Chen and his staff are courteous and professional. His calm demeanor and exceptional skill are very comforting from the perspective of a patient. The office is modern, clean, and very well kept.

Don't cancel or they will charge you directly. Apparently in the fine print when you first sign up. My husband was sick the morning of the appointment and their was no compassion just an intent to collect their money. Will go elsewhere.

Dr. Chen is amazing! He had to redo the fillings after my previous incompetent dentist and he did a great job. He and his assistant are very patient and make sure you feel comfortable in the chair and have pain free experience. I was really impressed from step one in his office - he talks you through the entire process, explains everything in great detail what he is doing. So you leave feeling confident in his work. I must say, some doctors don't see anything but a dollar sign when you enter their office. Definitely not this doctor.
