I like Dr.Julia and the staff ,they are all nice and kind especially Dr. Julia, who encouraged me and gave me good advice, she helped me to boost my confidence ..Thank you very much for making my teeth look better.

This is hands down the best dentist office I've ever been too. The hygienists are WONDERFUL and Dr Pesavento is a joy to see. They always make you feel like you are top priority and were AMAZING with my 3 year old for her first dentist appointment. She actually asked me if she could get her teeth cleaned again before we left! I would highly recommend this office to anyone in need of a new dentist!

This is hands down the best dentist office I've ever been too. The hygienists are WONDERFUL and Dr Pesavento is a joy to see. They always make you feel like you are top priority and were AMAZING with my 3 year old for her first dentist appointment. My Dentist used to share an office. Instead of allowing her my records they "confirmed my apt" with them. When I showed up at my dentist's office they weren't expecting me bc Pesavento wouldn't allow her that information. Then they had the nerve to call and say I missed my apt at their office. I wasn't a patient of Pesecento EVER. Why would they think I was going to come to them??? Now they won't release my records unless I pay $35/person. $105 to get what is rightfully mine. If they knew me as a patient they would know my son had severe dental anxiety and it took us years to get to a good point with my dentist and there is no way I'd start that over. By not warning me and trying to "steal" us we could have had a HUGE set back in his progress. Thankfully my wonderful dentist squeezed him in bc she KNOWS how important that was to him and how detrimental what this office has done could have been for us. Awful Customer Service. Last office I'd choose if I ever had to switch!

My experience is quite similar that of Elizabeth Irwin. When I called to confirm my appointment, they happily confirmed the time and date. Fortunately for me, as I was politely ending the call I said that I was looking forward to seeing my dentist in a couple of weeks. That was when I was told that I would be seen by Dr. Pesavento as my dentist was no longer practicing in this office. If I had not asked, I would have driven an hour (I really like my usual dentist) to be surprised by seeing a different dentist. I asked how to contact my usual dentist, and was told that that information would not be available. Although I was assured that I would be happy with Dr. Pesavento, they had pulled this switch on me once before and I was not impressed. That's the reason I now check to confirm that my dentist will be the one attending to me on my visits. Instead, I requested that they send me my dental records and I spent a year looking for the dentist I had been going to for over 8 years. Fortunately for me, after a year's search, my wife found my usual dentist. (Dr. Pesavento would not permit my dentist to take any patient contact information) Although I suspect the staff was just following orders, the way Dr. Pesavento's office handled this fell short of the integrity and professionalism I would expect from a practicing dentist.

I have had Dr Julia Pesavento as my destist off and on for nearly 30 years, practically from the time she graduated from dental college. She has been consistently careful and capable, and she's fun to talk to (although not when her hands are in your mouth). I moved out of the area, or I would still be seeing her and Dr Stewart.
