I work for a dental lab and Dr. Fredericks office is by far the best office that I deal with and their staff is outstanding and especially the front office gal Brittan. She always smiling when I come in and very helpful.

I was pretty nervous going in today For a new tooth Crown, but as usual, Dr. Fredericks and staff did a great job. I like how they talk and explain what They are doing and ask how you Are doing. Good stuff...highly recommended.

I absolutely love this dental office I love the dentist and all of their staff. They are so kind they're so professional and did amazing job for my teeth and even though she's in a different city than I am I will be going to her from now on so I'm excited about this!

Ashley, Meghan, Brittan, and Dr. Fredericks (only people I've met so far) are all very friendly, professional, and caring. I've had a few appointments there now and I've enjoyed interacting with each of them. They seems to genuinely care about what's going on with you while maintaining professionalism and boundaries. The staff are thoroughly knowledgeable about their craft and seem to flow well as a team. The office has a lot of free parking which, coming from the city, is awesome! It's also very clean, inviting, and comfortable. All other offices that I've been to have felt so cold and bleak- this one is the opposite. They even have a cooler with drinks and a counter with snacks in the lobby area. I've been treated kindly, equally, and compassionately by all staff. I will be suggesting this office to everyone I know!

Coming to Dr. Fredericks has been an amazing experience. I haven't been to the dentist in a bit, but she took the time to go through lots of pictures and X-rays and explained what we were looking at. Her and her staff are extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. The office is clean, calming and comfortable. I would recommend this Dental office to anyone!

I've been a long time loyal patient of Dr. Fredericks and can' t even imagine going anywhere else. I've been so impressed by the fact that they actually respect your time and appointments mean something at this office. Virtually every other doctor/dentist I've ever been to expects you to be early to your appointment only to inevitably make you sit in the waiting room for 30-45min before you're even called back. In the 7+ years that I've been a patient of Dr. Fredericks, I've never once had to wait more than few minutes to be seated and attended to by the staff. Another thing that really stands out compared to my experience with other dentists is how warm and inviting the office feels. It honestly feels more like a spa environment than a typical medical or dental office. Above all else Dr. Fredericks and her entire staff have always been super professional, yet friendly and understanding. Anytime I've had to have a procedure done they've always taken the time to walk me through the issue, answer any questions and explain my treatment options in a way I can actually understand. In all my years as a patient I can honestly say I've never had a single bad experience at this office. For anyone out there looking for a dentist or unsatisfied with your current one, do yourself a favor and go see Dr. Fredericks. I guarantee you won't ever want to go anywhere else.

Would give this office 0 stars if I could. Don't get mouth guard from this office, this dentist will tell you that it is small and better, she is absolutely wrong. It caused my teeth to shift.

Dr. Fredricks is absolutely the best! She is kind, caring and gentle. She asks frequently if you're feeling any discomfort so she can address it and make you as comfortable as possible. I had a crown prep this morning and I actually dozed off a couple of times. I was just so cozy under a super soft blanket they offered me and they have this device that allows you to relax your jaw while they work on you. It also provides constant suction so no choking on your own spit! Her office is modern with gorgeous artwork and her staff is top notch. I highly recommend her if you're looking for a dentist. My kids and their spouses love her too

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Fredericks since she first opened her practice in Federal Way. Dr. Fredericks is a kind and caring person. She takes time to explain procedures and answer any questions. Moreover, her dental work is top-notch. We are also fans of her staff. They are thoughtful and go out of their way to make sure that we are comfortable during our appointments. It is great to know that our smiles are in excellent hands!

I absolutely love the office of Dr. Julia Fredricks! I've been coming here for about five years and have always had an amazing experience. It's in a great locations, always clean (They have done an exceptional job with Covid-19.) The best part is the staff. I honestly look forward to coming in just to see their smiling faces. Everyone is very professional and friendly.

While 2020 hasn't been a stellar year it came as no surprise when I cracked a back tooth and had to have a crown. I have never been one to avoid the dentist, I go for my regular cleanings and try to have good dental habits at home. However signing myself up for have a crown done is a different story all together. I am not a fan of that type of dental work. I have been a patient of Dr Fredericks for 10 or more years and after today's appointment for a crown I am happy to have chosen her for all my dental care. Her office and staff are truly professional and friendly and the biggest benefit is they are amazing at what they do. In a business like dentistry that starts with the top and is instilled In those she employs! Dr. Fredericks and her team make me feel comfortable, stress free and well cared for! Hats off to her and her team for always being there at the top notch of their game!

My family have been patients of Dr. Fredericks from the first day she opened her clinic and are happy to say we all look forward to going to the dentist! She lives up to her promise about performing comfort dentistry. I am calm at every appointment (even with my previously bad experiences with every other dentist I have seen due to having difficulty getting numbed for procedures) because Dr. Fredericks takes as much time and as much effort as the area needs to be completely numb. EVERY time, and always with a smile and gentle encouragement about how well I am doing. My husband is so relaxed he falls asleep! She is very good at explaining what is going on with our teeth, what she recommends and why as well as options we can consider. Her entire staff is very professional but very warm and caring as well. We literally have not even one, even slightly negative thing to say about anyone or anything in her office! I strongly recommend her to anyone who is either looking for a new dentist in general but especially for anyone who has had negative experiences in the past.

I have had a history of nightmare dental experiences so I was nervous to see a new Dentist. Dr. Fredericks listened to my concerns and immediately put me at ease. She got me in same day and referred me to a specialist. I am now going to use Dr. Fredericks as my regular Dentist. I felt listened to, cared about and relaxed. I never thought I would be thrilled to meet a Dentist, but Dr. Fredericks and her Assistant Ashley Drotning made it a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

Dr. Fredericks is one of the most compassionate and well-educated medical practitioners I've ever seen, not just in the dental field. I have special considerations because of a medical condition, and not only did she take the time to learn about it and its dental implications, but she takes it into consideration in every aspect of my treatment. Dr. Fredericks is addicted to her work in the absolute best way possible. She is passionate about dentistry, and it shows. The office is beautiful, but more importantly, the staff is fantastic, to the point where I would consider them friends. They all work together as an extremely well oiled machine to run the office and their procedures incredibly efficiently. I couldn't recommend this office enough. I would trust Dr. Fredericks and her staff with my life, not just my teeth!
