Doctors Irena Jug-Weiss, Beverly Baeder and Tahira Rizvi provide their patients with the highest level of dental care. They continue to support the high standard of care which Dr. Bernard Sarnow believed in when he started the practice in 1957. Dr. Irena Jug-Weiss earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Vassar College and her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. Upon the completion of her dental training, Dr. Jug-Weiss had the desire to pursue additional training and completed a General Practice Dental Residency at Virtua-West Jersey Health System. She has devoted her practice to providing her patients with a high level of preventive, restorative, implant, and cosmetic dental care. Dr. Jug-Weiss is also an active faculty member at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine as a Clinical Assistant Professor. She keeps abreast of all the latest dental materials and techniques through national dental continuing education courses, as well as participation with colleagues in the county dental society and local study clubs. Dr. Jug-Weiss has a passion for dentistry and learning. According to her, 'Love of education and the pursuit of excellence in everything you do is the most important thing you can have as a dentist.' When Dr. Jug-Weiss is not practicing dentistry, she enjoys spending time with her family, her husband Ted, and daughter Jacqueline. They enjoy skiing, water-sports and traveling.
Dr. Baeder has a long history with Weiss Family Dentistry. She first began working here in 1994 until 2005 when she left to pursue a position as a civilian dentist at the Mills Dental Clinic at Fort Dix. When the army closed the clinic in 2015, Dr. Baeder returned to Weiss Family Dentistry.
After receiving her undergraduate degree in biology from Vassar College, Dr. Baeder earned her DMD from the University of PennsylvaniaSchool of Dental Medicine where she was a member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honor society. Dr. Baeder is able to converse in Spanish and has many years of experience serving the dental needs of the Latino community.
Dr. Tahira Rizvi received her dental degree from University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. Since graduation she has earned numerous continuing education credits and is an active member ofthe American Dental Association, Pennsylvania Dental Association and Southern Dental Society of NJ. Providing the most advanced dental care in a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere are the priorities of Dr. Rizvi. She believes that compassion and skill go hand in hand in providing exceptional patient care. She is passionate about empowering individuals to care for their teeth and overall well-being.
Dr. Rizvi has been happily married for eleven years and resides in Mount laurel, NJ with her husband and 2 kids. Dr. Rizvi spends her free time cooking, playing ping pong, board games and traveling with her family.

Terrible experience. I went to this dentist years ago and I remember after this recent visit why I didn't want to go back there. Doctor Weiss literally violated hippa laws as I was waiting at the front desk to ask a question about my bill. She was talking about another patient right infront of me and then waved me out of the office like I was doing something wrong by wanting to ask a question about my bill. Front desk is rude and her office is dirty. Would rather pay out of pocket at a dentist that I'm not covered under then go back here.

Honestly the best dentist I've ever been to. I went in today, super nervous to get a fractured infected tooth pulled. The antibiotics brought it down from the original inspection. Instead of just pulling out my tooth. The dentist recommended I wait for an oral surgeon so they can put in an implant. She was so informative and nice. And they didn't charge me for the visit. I can't say enough positive things about the entire staff at Weiss.. I highly recommend them. They are great

I'm new in town, and was referred by a friend to see Dr Weiss. I love my new dentist and her assistant Jeannette! Front desk Lady was very nice! Had a bad experience a long time ago, so going to the dentist is always nerve racking for me. Dr. Weiss was wonderful from beginning to end!! I highly recommend this practice!!

The staff was just absolutely pleasant to deal with. The tech kept checking if I was ok whilst doing her job. I loved that since it was my first time. She was so thorough with my cleaning.
